I was racially profiled and gas lit out of $3500 from Bur-*** management in June of 2023. And the abuse continued until I flied police reports and discriminations complaints with the ******I am current filing for smalls claims settlement, I am writing this property group right now to see if these issues can be resolved. Bur-Management conspired with **** to rent an apartment with horrible internet connection while I was a Junior at **** studying sociology. They also allowed maintenance to come into my apartment when I wasn't there, and install hidden cameras powered by ****. They violated my privacy, my car was vandalized on their property, and the gas lighting abuse continued when I only received $1363.99 out of $3500 of my dollars for the first month rent and a deposit. They were paid double when an private organization donated $1775 through the housing (LACDA). I have been victimized solely because of my race , gender, single non-marital status, but I intend to fight this company for violating my rights, making it impossible for me to complete my academic studies from my own home, which left me with a outstanding hold at ******************************* of $4200. I was advised by my Primary Physician to withdraw from school because of all the stress of being gas lit by this property management company.
