Above and Beyond I recently had my computer hacked and was victim to a scam. ********************* at Lear Capital contacted me the same day scammers wanted me to purchase gold and informed me I was being scammed. The scam originated thru my computer. Lear Capital was instrumental in stopping me from losing any more money. I will be forever grateful to *********************. She sent documentation to me covering steps to take after one is scammed, freeze credit, change passwords, change bank account numbers, etc.Lear Capital, Inc. Response

My husband and I recently worked with the *** and ***** to catch a scammer trying to gain possession of gold. This was a week-long process in which ***** participated daily. She and Lear Capital supported law enforcement to assist in the capture of the scammer, receiving no compensation. Katya is current on the latest financial situations as well as treats to her customers.We should all take investments seriously and do our homework. i recently had a close cal with a scam involving the purchase of gold. *********************, the Director of Sales at Lear Capital, astutely detected a scam and warned me of fraudulent activityi. I resisted her warnings at first but she relentlessly persisted and finally described to scam to me,acurately and in detail.. Her intervention prevented me from being the victim of the scam, and saved me a very large sum of money. I want to emphasize that Lear Capital played no part whtsoever in the perpetration of this scam. I rolled over my 401K back in Aug 2022. I rolled over almost $24K and my balance turned into $13K I asked my was my balance was $10K less. I wasn't told about any fees as I've been reading I was told the balance that's showing if I were to liquidate my account which didn't make sense to me as I just bought it how would be less than what I spent when gold and silver keep rising. I've been trying to get the reason in writing but not having any success and now I know why.I'm ready to move my investment to another company that literally has no complaints against it. I'm afraid what they will tell how much it will cost to liquidate my investment, they already stole $10K from me, I don't think they deserve another $. I don't think they were forth coming with their prices and fees. I know I would of never rolled my money over to them if I even knew they were going to take $10K off the top. Also they told me if I want to invest more I would have to buy a minimum of $5K.. what?? Never heard such a thing. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement, I'm beyond ******.Lear Capital, Inc.
