Had repipe specialist just come in and put a main line and redo all the lines in the house. Job is done very sloppy was told it would take one to two days it took three days. Drywall guys are terrible i've got drywall spackle on walls that weren't even cut open the bubbles everywhere that they put the drywall in. The hole in my yard for the main line they threw all of their waste in the hole I've been picking out pieces of pipe and miscellaneous stuff for the past 3 days. They also left a giant plug of grass in the middle of my yard not even near the hole that should have been put back down in the area that they did instead they just loaded all the boulders and their trash and threw it in the hole. ***** who sold the job was very friendly at first and then disappeared like a ***** as soon as it was time for the job to go down. That's when I learned that repipe specialists are just brokers who hire a company from ******* to come in and do this work. They left trash and debris all over my house I've been cleaning drywall dust and pieces of copper pipe out of my house for the past 3 or 4 days. They actually had to come back on day two to unplug a bathtub because they cut open the tile and cut the pipes open and just let all the debris fall into the tub and then tried to wash it down the drain. Definitely worth it to pay a little extra money and go somewhere else because it's about to cost me about another two grand between having the walls redone light fixtures but back in that were knocked out and just deep cleaned in general because everything is covered in drywall dust and whatever was behind the Walls.

Called repipe in *********** to do some work on our home. Scheduled an in person appointment at our house. 2 hours before the appointment they called and said they could only do a telephone estimate. Spoke with them regarding the work needing to be done. He gave me a quote over the phone then said i will see what i can do to lower the price. Called later said he had a "managers special" and he could drop the price by $6000. We said ok and applied for financing through their 3rd party finance company. We were approved for the financing. Repipe called us back immediately and said we have 24 hours to sign their contract paperwork for the job. i thought something was wrong so i called the finance company and asked them what the credit limit was on our approved loan. They stated it was $6000 higher than the "managers special" I asked them if they determined the credit limit or if repipe requested it. They told me repipe requested the limit. One can only assume that the "managers special" doesn't exist. Once the job is completed they bill directly to the finance company. Then your stuck paying the bill whatever price they submit. It appears as a bait and switch scam.

I dont know where this company gets their good reviews from. Hiring them was a huge mistake. Im having to pay extra to have people come in and repair all the bad work that they did, breaking tile, not securing fixtures properly, not even doing a good repipe job (I had two leaks immediately after). Dont hire these people! They take your money, do a rush job with little respect for your property, and run. All their work is sub-contracted out, so its possible some subcontractors do a good job, but in mine case they did not.

Repipe Specialist Job #77024 done 12/05 /22 at my home. All work subcontracted to Advanced Plumbing. Day after completion had a big leak at night drenched carpet, and had to shut off water for another day. At this very moment I have electrical problems with water heater which was removed and re-installed after the repipe was complete. Ron owner of Advanced Plumbing is in a denial stage will not want to send a qualified electrician to check the hot water heater wiring. He told me to hire another local plumber/electrician to fix my water heater and if it can be proven that Advanced Plumbing is a fault, he will cover the cost and only if the local plumber who does the repair talks to Ron directly. Fat chance. The sale rep. for Re-pipe Specialist Mike Miron will not return my calls and emails. Ron the owner of Advanced plumbing denies any responsibilities for workmanship issues. After the Initial quote for the re-pipe expect to pay an additional 2,500.00.

Repipe Specialists only wanted to quote over the phone without seeing the property and that quote was the same as another plumber contradicting their claim of half of regular plumber as claimed on their website. Very unprofessional, did not want to get into the crawl space I guess.

Repipe Specialists repiped my entire home in 2017. They left loose fitted connections at the toilets and 4 outdoor hose entries, also under sinks. They did not secure the pipes. I was told today that for them to fix the the situation, they would charge me a $195 deposit for them to come and look at it, which we may not get back. However, we have a lifetime warranty. Furthermore, they sold us on PVC which is very susceptible to animal damage as a rat easily ate through the pipes and caused water leakage...which is not covered under the warranty. They dont point out the weakness of PVC. They knew. Dont use PVC and reconsider using Repipe Specialist.

Repipe Specialists of Texas and EPW Services (sub contractor) only receive a one star review based upon our experience of over six months to address and correct the damage caused by their crew during installation. In the end after engineer reports and custom steel braces installed at the expense of EPW and our selves as the home owner, the issues was finally resolved (after six + months). From what I have learned, there is a long history of problems with EPW Services instalation work yet Repipe Specialists of Texas continues to partner with this company. My only advice is to retain an attorney up front and not try and work the issue out with either company. In the end you do get what you pay for, we received structural damage to our home and poor service but we did get a 10% discount for all our troubles. I would not recommend based upon my experience with sub contractor EPW Services or Repipe Specialists of Texas unwillingness to take ownership and responsibility of the outcomes.
