They took the money a month ago, never contacted us to tell us they couldn't show up, never called at all.Warning!! Do not use them!!!

Every single review in this website regarding this company are true. Yelp has bad reviews as well. Their jumpers are unsanitary and unsafe. Deposit is non refundable!

Actual scam company. Literally a scam. Had to dispute with my credit card to get my money back.

horrible - please do not use this company!! they were a no show and then tried to tell me they called 4 times - left no message and i had ZERO missed calls !!! EPIC FAIL

This company not only scammed us but ruined our entire life event. They have low prices for a reason and thats not a compliment. They are unprofessional, unsanitary and untrustworthy. They should be put out of business for not only ruining so many events and scamming people but for not doing good business ! Stay clear from these people

No service was provided and we still got SCAMMED!!! I booked a bouncy house and then found scam reviews so immediately within 48hours cancelled service via phone call and we were told we would be refunded. 30 days and SIX phone calls later we still did not receive our refund. Only got the run around that the money was coming. WORST WORST WORST COMPANY!!!! We should all be reporting this to the police. I paid over $530 for no service!!!!

ZERO STARS. We rented a ************ that cost $489 + $50 tip on 8-28-2022. As soon as the kids started to use the slide, it started to deflate & we discovered an extremely large tear in the seam that was covered by a tarp. We called immediately and WOW Party Rental was unable to send another slide. The representative told ** to try and duct tape the tear, and we advised that it was far too large to tape. The representative gave ** a phone number to text photos to. I sent the photos that evening after the party. We spent an additional $230 to get a last minute slide rental from another company in an effort to salvage the party. I have called WOW Party Rental several times with no reply.

Very unsanitary, unprofessional business. They do not clean, sanitize, or treat equipment before dropping it off at a new customer's house. They dropped off a water slide which gave one of the children that went in staph infection she was in the hospital and is now on antibiotics. They lied about the size of the slide they lied about the shape and condition which the slides and equipment come and they will not return any phone calls they keep saying that the manager Arlene is busy but I don't believe that she is I believe that she does not want to handle this problem. I called the day of the party when the jumper got dropped off at 7:00 a.m. by someone who didn't speak English to let them know that the jumper was not in good shape was not in good condition and I wanted a refund and I wanted them to come get it they proceeded to tell me that someone cannot come and get it because they weren't in the area and it wouldn't be able to get in until later that evening if not the next day, the person did not come in the evening didn't call me like that person at the office said they would they showed up picked up the slide and left. During the duration of the slide was here the blower kept going out the slide kept falling and the children that were inside of the jumper kept on having to scramble to get out before they were suffocated I don't believe that this business is a trustworthy business and I do not believe that they should have the right to state that they clean disinfect and sterilize their equipment when in fact they do not slide that got dropped off at my house had water from the previous customer they picked it up from One customer and dropped it off here all the germs everything was in it as many bodies go through those water slides and jumpers they did not think that it would affect someone however this time it did

TERRIBLE!!! I booked and paid for a waterslide reservation. A week later they text me saying they have to add a $100 surcharge. They gave me 5 hours to respond, and then canceled my reservation before the deadline they set. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!

SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I've never left a bad review for any company and rarely leave reviews, but my experience was so awful that I felt obligated for the sake of others (not to mention I was encouraged by my own party guests to leave the review). I booked a 10:30 a.m. delivery time for my son's birthday party, which they confirmed (and took my deposit) 2 days prior. They were 2 1/2 hours late and arrived 30 minutes after our party started. I rented a jumper, tables and chairs, so I literally had guests standing around as we waited for the tables and chairs. Side note - I called a couple of times to get the ETA of our order and the company rep. was completely unapologetic and seemed annoyed that I was following up on our delivery. When they finally arrived, they did not bring the nicer black padded folding chairs I ordered and brought horribly beat up plastic/metal folding chairs. I asked about the linens I ordered and the guy just shrugged and said they didn't have them. The tables were also beat up and looked horrible without linens, ruining the entire look of my son's decorations. I was handed an invoice of the balance by the driver without any adjustment for the items I did not receive. The driver then handed me his phone with the company rep. who told me to just take $15 off the balance. I told him we technically should not pay $50, which was the total cost difference of the items not delivered. Not only did they do nothing to discount beyond that for all the trouble, but there was no apology and I was made to feel like I was the one being difficult for asking to not pay for what was not delivered (I didn't even ask for a discount). The drivers did not set up the tables and chairs and just left them on my grass in front of my guests. When my guests began to help me set up the first table, we found it was broken and a guest had to help rig it to keep the metal bar in place to use it. I tried not to let it ruin my day since the kids were overjoyed by having a jumper, but it was the worst experience I have ever had from a service-based company. My guests kept asking who the company was because they could not believe what happened. Avoid this company if you want to enjoy your event!!!
