************* is bad. I ordered supplies 3 weeks ago and I still have not received products. This is not the first time that this has happened. Repeated backorders without being acknowledged about item out of stock. Each time I called, there were excuses made about why I was not told about items being on backorder.

************** ordered Toner Cartridges for my HP Office printer on April 14, 2024. After a week, with no response, I attempter to call their 888 ***************** and listened to music for 20 minutes, so I opted for the call-back. No response. Next day, I repeated a service call - same exact experience. Next, I logged-in to their web site, and attempted to send a service-help email, and left my conact info, and order number. no response. Something is obviously wrong! I will now attempt to challenge my CC charge in hopes of getting my $175.00 back. Don't buy from them.

I have been ordering from LD Products for years, never using anyone else. I purchased toner from them about a month ago and still have not received my product. I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company.

Made an order for a ******* toner cartridge, paid $82 for overnight shipping, it's been 3 days since my order and not even an email to provide notice that the order shipped. Tried calling 3 different phone numbers for the business, all go to an automated line that never picks up. I am sure that this is an illegitimate business at this point, so I have notified my bank to dispute the charge. Buyer beware! Wish I had checked out the BBB website before I ordered!

I have to assume at this point that LD is out of business. Unable to contact them on either their 800 number or their local ********** number or by fax (disconnected) I personally am out almost 200 dollars for toner cartridges that dont fit in my HP laser Jet Pro printer.Its unfortunate, I had done business with them for several years. Always had good customer service and a good product. Sad to see them go.

I ordered Printer toner on March 19, 2024, I have called several times, left messages. NO answers or calls back. I have a question about an order I placed in the middle of March. I believe the order number is 03-00303506. We never received the order. Can I please get a response??? Thanks

Saw this firm recommended in a PC Magazine for good, less espensive printer ink cartridges. Big Mistake! No ink, no communication, no help, no refund. Dont Buy Here!

I bought a toner cartridge (it was supposed to be in stock) and some envelopes, I waited for almost three weeks, thinking that the shipping was taking more than expected. I finally called to find out what was happening with my order; they said that the toner was not in stock and that it would take three more weeks for them to receive it and then ship it to me. So I canceled my order knowing that the reimbursement would take five days; UGH, that was on February 13th, I called on February 28th because I haven't received my money back; now they say that the cancelation was never approved on their side because their system was wrong and it was showing that they had the toner showing in one warehouse and physically was in another.. what????, nobody even cares about give a call or send the product, NOBODY cares about customer service!!! I will never buy again from this kind of Company; now I must wait for more to get my money back!I would give zero stars if I could!

took my order on January 23, 2023 and charged my credit card. have not received any of the items i ordered. the do not respond to phone calls or emails! my rating of them would be a -10.i will find another vendor for future orders! what good is a low price if you can not get the product!!!!************

Do Not Order ******************** I would give ZERO stars if I could. Talk about a cash flow disruption....I ordered just 2 HP toners from Inkcartridges.com (their other company)on Jan 22, ****, I followed up with our employee to see if they were delivered last week, and they weren't, to my dismay. I checked the account... says "processing". So now I am out $250.00, they REFUSE to give a refund because they have "internal processes" to follow, and keep giving excuses on the delays and promising that "it's just 1-5 more days". Mind you, this is through email, I have never gotten through on customer service phone #. After a long hold time, it prompts you to leave a message. I have left 2 messages, requested 2 callbacks. They are in breach of FTC- if they don't ship a package within the timeframe advertised, they are required to provide the customer with an update and offer the chance to refund the order. There is nowhere online to cancel the order. So now we are out $250, and STILL have to buy more ink from somewhere else. Something is happening here, at this point it's basically fraud. They will not give out a number for a manager...instead I had to supply MY contact number for them to call me back. Still waiting on that, so I won't be holding my breath. Report this company anywhere you can!
