Hired this company for a last minute move to ******************. The quote came in at similar rates that others were quoting, give or take a bit. The company did a good job with our move. **** and his team showed up on time, and got evertyhing moved into the new location without any issues. I feel they worked hard and made things a lot easier for me. I'm very happy with how the move went, and wouldn't second guess in hiring them again.

I wish there was less than 1 star. It has been 3 months since we moved into our new house, and we unpacked everything. There are several items that disappeared, and some broken items as well. We asked for our things to be stored overnight at there facility, and to be delivered to our new address next day. Relocation network quoted us for storing our things, and an hourly rate for 4 movers and 2 trucks. They charge for all materials used; it sounds good. Right? Wrong!! We agreed to their rates. The biggest mistake they did not wright a list of items loaded on their trucks. After they have finished loading our stuff on their trucks, then he wrote the contract and asked us to pay their fees up to that point. His reasoning was that it could be a different crew and different number of hours on delivery, and did not give us a copy of that contract for the same reason!! We made the mistake of trusting that. At night of the same day, someone called (Eric, I think) to asked to pay for the delivery in advance. He said that they will not deliver our stuff unless we pay in advance, even we do not know how many hours will it take. He also said that we would have to bring our own trucks to their facility and pick up our things ourselves, and they will charge an hourly rate while we are doing that. Needless to say, we did not know what to do since we do not have a proof that they have our stuff. He used this particular point completely!! After several calls, we agreed to pay a several hundreds of dollars above the what the actual delivery time would be. On delivery day both trucks with 4 movers showed up to our new location. Within 2 hours one of the trucks unloaded and left with the 4th. Man. We ended up staying for much longer unloading the second truck because we were shorthanded. The results are: 1. We ended up paying approximately an extra $1000, so we could get our things back. 2. Missing several items, their insurance is stupid and unworthy. 3. Several items are broken, we repaired some which cost us more. 4. We were charge a huge amount for material they charged us for that was not used, and they used a lot of materials that we provided!! 5. We paid in advance for an extra man that was not there. This is the worst service we ever had doing anything, especially in moving. We have moved twice before this one using other companies, no one treated us, or took advantage of us like that. This is the most unethical and dishonest company we have ever dealt with. Stay away completely - Stay away.
