I'm so happy to find Joy Jewelers! We bought a gold medal and chain. I called the company with a few questions before making the purchase. ****** was clearly very knowledgeable and gave excellent advice. We were short on time -- he handled the order immediately and gave instructions for what to do if we didn't have tracking numbers by email in 2 days. That call was very reassuring. The medal and chain are as they appeared online -- of excellent quality -- they made a beautiful gift. I will go directly to Joy Jewelers next time and highly recommend them!Review from larry l

I am very pleased with the products and the service I have received from Joy Jewelers. My interactions have been with ******. He is polite, cheerful and knowledgeable. He responses were timely and accurate regarding questions about an exchange. I think the prices are fair and resonable. Its a fraudulent company. They send me a 14 k cross without anywhere saying its 14k, not on bail either. over the phone they reassured me its going to be marked 14 **************, wasted my time, now i need to buy something else last minute and worry about returning this.

I have been looking for a **** Army ring since I retired with 31 years of service. There are many kinds of rings for the military, but far too many are either significantly over-priced or are of very poor quality. However, Joy Jewelers were a very welcomed difference! The process of designing a unique ring was relatively simple and workable. The choices were far beyond what I anticipated. Ordering the ring was easy and direct, as was using the website to monitor the delivery system. From beginning to end, this was a thoroughly professional process, and the actual ring is well made, beautiful, and has received many compliments already! I would wholeheartedly endorse Joy Jewelers to anyone for jewelry purchases.Review from rico h

I just received my ring by **** Never bought jewel by mail order before, was worried a little. Very good production, looks good with my other rings, hope it is as durable (hate taking my rings off??), IT IS GORGEOUS!!!!!!Joy Jewelers Response

My daughter was a freshman that goes to **** and I wanted to get her a Bobcat charm for her charm bracelet. I looked everywhere and finally found Joy Jewelers as one of the only places that carry them. I ordered one and it came in on time, but I made a mistake when ordering and ordered the wrong size (way too small). I contacted them and they made it so easy to return and helped me to find the correct size for a charm bracelet and got the new charm ordered. I am happy to say it is beautiful and fits perfectly. In a time where customer service has kind of gone by the wayside... Joy Jewelers shines bright with AMAZING customer service and personal attention to the customer and detail of their business, even down to sending a personal email to let me know that my refund had been processed.Review from Melissa H

Joy Jewelers is top notch! When placed our first order, we ordered the incorrect size for my sons class ring. I was so extremely pleased with the return process (no hassle) and the quality of the ring we received back. The fit is now perfect and my son loves his class ring! I would recommend this business due to the quality of the product received and the great customer service.
