So it started the moment we decided to check in. When the rude lady at the front desk asked if we wanted smoking or non smoking. We told her non-smoking and she said she smelled cigarette smoke the moment she opened the window. She asked us two more times before giving us the key. We went to the room and of course the key wouldn't open the door. Luckily the male owner just happened to walk by and let us in. We went inside checked the bed for bed bugs. Turned the shower on to make sure it worked and my friend used the bathroom. As we were sitting there we could hear the rude lady from the front desk talking to her husband in front of our door. She was asking him to open our door. He refused. That was all it took for us to decide to leave. We didn't want to worry about her invading our privacy and trying to get into the room. So we went to the front to ask for our money back. She said she had to inspect the room which was fine we were barely there 15 minutes if that. She comes back telling us that she is charging $45 because we took showers and used the free samples. Which we didn't there was a little water that splashed on the ground when we were checking to make sure the shower worked. She already had our money for the room which was way over priced at $110 for the night. If it hadn't of been for her we would have stayed. We would have even paid something for the cleaning had it been reasonable. But $45 because of a little splash of water and a damp towel. Outrageous and she stood there arguing with us about it. If I were you I would stay away who knows what she will charge if you stay the night and really do take a shower. I won't ever go back and I hope this sways a few people from staying there as well. It's not right taking advantage of people like that and then trying to justify $45 just so she could make a buck.

I've stayed here many times it's ran by a husband and wife team the husband seems kind and fair but the wife if always being unkind and rude first I thought it was a language thing but no she is just mean and charges whatever rate she wants ,currently the pool is green there are no trash cans around the property .
