Bought 3 couches in the last year. All leather. All 3 are cracked and peeling. We are empty nesters who take very good care of our home. We are shocked and disappointed. I wish I could attach photos.

We bought probably 10K worth of outdoor living. it look beautiful but with in a few months the material will start to chip scratch easily and the fabric which is suppose to be sunbrella gets dirty with in seconds and impossible to clean. The material is absolutely c*** might even be from ***** they will never take blame for any manufacturing issues.Good luck getting customer service to assist once you purchase. they will send out a 3rd party tech to your home but again take zero responsibility for anything once they have your cash in thee pocket. STEER CLEAR! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!

Abbyson Living will never again have our business. After two months of phone calls about a defective couch, they finally sent a repairman who said he would order the part. He never did. We called and repeatedly spoke to them, being promised that they would send the part -- and they didn't for week after week. Finally, they sent the wrong part. After another week of this merry-go-round, they told me that they would have to order the part -- another TWELVE WEEKS. I objected, of course, and they decided to send a new couch, which would come in from overseas in a week. Then another week to check it in at the warehouse. Then another week for delivery. Their email to us says the defective couch "will be picked up at the time of the replacement delivery." Today, the shippers, a truck from "Metropolitan ********************* arrived. The two drivers came in and told us that they do not pick up the old unit, that we would have to remove it and "clean the area -- it has to be spotless -- white glove delivery!" On their website, they show a picture of two of their workers delivering a couch while wearing white gloves -- both drivers wore black gloves. We paid two gardeners to move the old couch out, and told the delivery drivers the space was cleared (I vacuumed the floor). They THEN put it on the liftgate, back in their truck, and drove off. I called their warehouse, and no one in authority will come to the phone. I have now waited and hour for a return call, and the low-level rep I spoke with has gone to lunch. They, of course, claim that Abbyson gave them no orders to pick up the old unit. This is ridiculous. If this is a "service economy", why is it that the only service we can get is BAD? Should have a no-star rating available.

Purchased wonderful chairs from Abbyson. I loved the qualify and they were really affordable. I would buy from them again.

Electric recliner is beautiful. At 1 year old the plug on the rear for the power function caught on fire. Horribly hazardous for a piece of furniture. Company offers no solution or anything. No option for replacement, repair, or even a discount if I purchased a new chair from them. Save your money. Buy a different brand.

Horrible untrustworthy company. Better off throwing ur hard earned money out the window. Never ever had any human conta t from this company about my 2 month old couch that broke in half. Yes that's right. Right down the middle

Do NOT buy anything from Abbyson Living. The sofa we ordered was delivered damaged by their delivery team who told us specifically that a new placeemnt unit would delivered to us and the damaged unit removed. When we called Abbyson customer service for an updated they waere rude and said thay we needed to provide pictures of the damage and an assessment of repairs would be made. We paid for a brand new sofa and they want us to accept a damaged sofa that they will try to repair... **************** worse customer service.

Attempting the cancel and get a refund is unbearable. The company they used to ship the couch called and set up a delivery date just to turn around and change it the following day. Prior to that they had called and set up a delivery date but cancelled on us. I want a full refund from this company but they keep pushing a credit on me to keep the other. Don't buy from them - it's a nightmare just to get an order delivered.

Terrible ***************** We purchased a table set from *********** April 2023 and was missing part to hold one of table legs. I provided all information to request replacement piece. After sending other email and not action, we went to local ****** and found a piece. Last ************************ 9, 2023, I received an email and it was mentioned they would send me the piece. Told them not to bother.

BUYER BEWARE. I also wish I would have found these reviews prior to purchasing. I also purchased 4 outdoor chaise lounge chairs to use by our brand new pool. After having unboxed for not even a month, after it rained, they rusted and left marks on my deck (not where they were intended to go, just placed there temporarily until the concrete by the pool was ready). I contacted the company in May 2023 advising, which they did immediately respond asking for pictures, which I sent in the same day to now being almost 2 months since my initial e-mail with no response, with the exception of one on June 8th telling me I would receive "options" in 2-3 business days, which I never did. Finally now after stalking them for almost 2 months they only want to replace them--this is not "options". Why would I want new ones to also have them rust all on the brand new concrete and it appears from other reviews that this is a known issue, so I am sure they haven't fixed the problem.
