Lousy Customer service......When I tried to cancel my order on 1/23/22 right after replacing it and sending a request to cancel my order via email. The customer service rep, Ta Tiana sent an email to me on 1/24/22 refused to cancel my order but offered to allow me to send it back when I receive the product. I find this unacceptable practice of a company.Review from Tara Y

Placed an order over two weeks ago, haven't received my products. Tried to contact company and their get back to you time is over 10 days?!? Sweet, so a month later I might have some answers. Worst first time experience with a company ever. Never ordering again.
