I previously filed a complaint on June 2022: "this illegal company is posting signs unlawfully in Los Angeles city and county (on traffic signs and utility poles.) in violation of state law. I emailed the owner on innumerable occasions to cease and desist illegal advertising. On July 15, 2022, I received a response through the California DFPI from the owner admitting guilt: "I terminated our relationship with the company we hired to hang these signs for us. They were instructed more than once to not post these in the manner they have been hanging them." On November 14, 2022, new bandit signs were affixed in the City of Huntington Park. UPDATE: After submitting a follow up complaint on 11/16/2022, owner ***** ***** lied stating he ceased the illegal advertising. However new illegal signs have been discovered in Los Angeles county. They have been photograph and documented: On December 3, 2022, at Firestone and 605 freeway; Studebaker and 605 freeway (Norwalk Greenline Station); Crenshaw and 120th (Crenshaw Greenline Station). On December 11, 2022, at 105 freeway and Vermont. On December 13. 2022, at Imperial Highway and 605 Freeway; Pioneer and 91 Freeway; Norwalk and 91 Freeway. On December 16, 2022, at Imperial Highway and Central; Central and 105 Freeway; Long Beach Blvd and 105 Freeway; Paramount Blvd and 105 Freeway. On December 29, 2022, by Del Amo Blueline station in Long Beach at 710 Freeway at Del Amo exit. Adverting signs on public and private property without a permit is a misdemeanor in the state of California. The signs are a public nuisance. We sent email correspondence to ****** ***** regarding the foregoing locations and there was no response. Owner ****** ***** is still systematically breaking California laws. These locations resulted in removal of 100 illegal signs. We have photographs and percipient witnesses that will testify under penalty of perjury and under the laws of the state of California that the above is true and correct.Review from Norma M

This company is terrible they're big liars all they do is harass you for the monthly payment and never work on repairing your credit want you to join smart credit so you could pay additional monthly fee of $19 plus pay them $800 for their service which they never work onReview from Ash

I started this process in March 21 as I would like to purchase my first home. It's now almost October 21 without any changes other than one removal of an account that was already paid. Their protocol if nothing changes is a money back guarantee. Welp, lucky for me they got an account that was paid removed so now I do not get a refund even-though that did not make any changes to my account. I've asked for. Partial refund and they are saying after $1,400.00 I am able to receive a $300.00 refund. I would not use this company. Do your own credit solutions. Not worth the money and being scammed.

This place is horrible and prey on veterans. Im a disabled Combat Veteran who paid a lot of money for services I was promised. They did nothing we discussed and agreed on. They removed good credit from my credit reports by disputing everything on my credit reports. My credit score was lowered on all reports and one report even went to zero. They also removed my credit history. I can't get my car payment history restored to my credit report which was positively effecting my credit report due to time of credit history and on time payments. My credit went from good to poor because of their credit repair practices. Which I didn't agree too. I was lied too and miss lead. I was told one of the owners was a Veteran not sure if that was a lie as well.American Credit Repair Response

We attempted to resolve this and he refused to allow us to issue him a refund based on our agreement. Happy to refund him once we see a current copy of his credit to see if his complaint is valid.Customer Response

I never agreed to anything. This credit repair company used shady tactics to dispute things on my credit report that I did not agree to be disputed, I wasn't aware we're being disputed. They even disputed things are my credit reports that were my actual accounts. They did not do anything that we discussed. I'm sure some of their shady tactics are not legal. I will move forward and take what legal action I can.
