Their customer service made a strong impression from the startalways responsive and ready to answer any questions I had. Their credit card processing system is straightforward and integrates smoothly with my POS system, making transactions fast and hassle-free.       This company will string you along with the belief there product will work for your business knowing all along it won't. They will tell you anything you want to hear just to make a sale when you ask for a refund because it will not work for you they won't issue a full refund telling you there's restocking fee's of astronomical proportion. Stay far away from them in your search for a good Point of Sale system.

      The Merchant Solutions (TMS) apologizes for any inconvenience experienced by the Merchant for this matter. All fees and rates were provided to the Merchant when the Merchant signed the Merchant Processing Application (MPA) document. The Merchant has a duty and responsibility to be informed and to read all documents before signing the documents.

      In addition, the Merchant purchased Clover equipment from TMS which the Merchant claims does not work. The equipment that was provided was shipped based upon the Merchant's specific needs and requests. Prior to shipping the equipment, the equipment was tested and found to be in pristine, fully operating, and good working condition. When the Merchant called TMS stating that the equipment was not working it was discovered that the equipment was working. After further review, TMS found that the Merchant was unhappy with the fees associated with Clover Apps that the Merchant had downloaded onto the equipment. Clover Apps are easily viewable on the Clover Marketplace website located at https://www.clover.com/appmarket. This website provides a description of each Clover App and any costs associated with the App are listed for the public to view. TMS attempted to work with the Merchant to find other solutions that would allow the Merchant to have the functions that the Apps provide for free. However, the apps are created by a third party and are standard for all Clover equipment. Unfortunately, TMS was unable to find any free options for the Merchant based on the merchant's requirements.

      TMS worked tirelessly to provide every solution possible for the Merchant in an effort to continue our partnership with the Merchant and to make the Merchant happy. TMS was unable to provide the option of a refund for the purchase of the equipment as the Merchant requested a chargeback through their bank. TMS is not going to fight the chargeback as a courtesy. In addition, TMS is waiving all restocking fees for the equipment as a courtesy. Lastly, TMS did provide a service to the Merchant and the Merchant has chosen to end that service. Therefore, the Early Termination Fee (ETF) stands.
