well well well......i bought a whole system back in 2018..last december the communication board took a powder......i started calling in february of 2023...i have spoke to 3 customer service reps..and the customer service manager and guess what.....nothing fixed yet....i had one rep..have me purchase the 5 g upgrade back in august 23rd.....and part of that was to cover install since the chip wasnt covered.......i have still not yet to this day of january 12th,2024 had anyone here to fix this..........never ever would i reccommend this company...Review from Charles S

Green Solar Technologies placed panels on my home in Northern **. This is not one of there service area. I searched under their license number and there is no license no..They can not provide any service like their CONTRACT states. I am paying a FINANCE company that has dropped Green Solar but I am stuck in a contract with this finance company. We have had their Solar system going on 2 years. Quit working over 4 months ago, the technician who installed no longer works for them and they have nobody to send out. We have called numerous times being told that they will have someone call us. We never receive a call back. Now paying full electric bill and Solar payments.Review from JC S

By far the worst customer service that I have ever had to deal with. Not only do my panels only work a month at a time it takes green solar months before they will even call me back to schedule a service call to look at the problem. i have gone as long as six months without my panels producing.Review from Ernestine M

I have been trying to get someone to come and fix my solar panels for 2 1/2 years now going on three. I call and call tell the same thing over and over there response yes mam we will upgrade your complaint. They want me to go outside and do their work for them I told them it wasnt my job and they just need to send a human being physically to my home. I even went as far as to tell to come and purchase them back fought with the financial companies who backed them and nothing but quick to get the payment. I finally got a hold of the office manager ***** explained everything again with Im sorry well make sure we send this through quickly it should be two to three days. Nothing of course call back get a **** same response with no solution. My electric bill is out of the roof literally I am a widow with minimal funds.Review from Bryan C

Got solar panels installed 2021. They never sent in the paperwork to my state for the tax credit! My inverter went bad within a year and they did reimburse me to fix it although they said they would! Very hard to get ahold of, and always new people every year.Review from Oshana W

Had solar panels installed in 2019 as soon as I signed contract no communication now panels are not communicating over a year but still receiving payment from me every month for something that doesnt work my electric bill has increased and no one answers the phoneReview from Alfredo R

Company does NOT like to pay the electrical contractors they hire. We are going on 2 years without payments. Don't do work for them. We have tried everything to get paid and they either ignore us, or tell us they will get back to us and never do.Review from Norma D.

I am in a very stressful situation with the Company Green Solar Technology. In the contract it says I have 25 years of warranty parts and labor. I’ve had the solar for 3 1/2 years and I’ve been contacting customer service for a technician because my solar is not producing much energy. I bought 48 panels and according to PG&E I should be producing way more than what my electric bill states. The solar company is not returning my calls not emails and it’s an ongoing issue for over 7 months now. They say they will be in contact with me and nothing has been resolved. This is the worst solar company ever. I need help and legal advice to move towards.
