Scam Alert! This is about a charge on ******* for ****** which isn't on any of my past orders. Completely false information. I'm constantly receiving texts and a letter from Cedars Business Services in ********* but no answer when I tried to call multiple times. I had 3 associates from ******* verify that my orders were all paid in full. I have all my invoices downloaded. Cedars is a scam! I received a text about $2864.98 being past due from a company I do not own nor work for, nor have received any billing for previously. It doesn't say to whom the money is owed or for what. I also got a voice mail from a man with an Eastern Indian accent with background noise sounding like maybe a call from a home.If that company owes money, send the past due bill to them!This is a scam!Cedars Business Services, LLC Response

Horrible dishonest company. They reported me to the credit bureaus KNOWING I was not responsible for the bill they were trying to collect. They KNEW it was an error on my attorney who was working with them to fix it, but they decided to ruin my "pristine " credit anyway. There is a zero balance on the bill in question because my attorney fixed it but this **************** decided to destroy my credit because they are just nasty people. I was "hacked" back in 2022 and the hackers took a large amount of money and put it into Binance and Bitcoin. My bank recovered my money. NOW, after not hearing a word from Binance, they have turned me over to Cedars Business Services as a collection agency and they gave me an account # and are trying to strong arm me into paying them over $1100! Cedars Business Services sent me a fake violation from ***** with incorrect personal information and from a vehicle I didnt even rent. I am sorry that your experience with us did not meet your expectations.While we cannot comment on your experience with us directly, I would like to provide some insight as to how we assist customers when they have questions regarding citations from ******* municipalities.When a customer has a question about an account we do our best to provide documentation and answers for our customers while we are communicating with them. We also honor requests to cease communication. We accept those requests by phone, mail, email, and our customer portal.When a rental car is cited, the rental car company supplies a sworn statement of accuracy and the responsible partys information to the municipality. The municipality mails out citations to the address provided by the car rental company. Fortunately, the municipality does keep electronic copies of the citations. We are happy to supply those copies when people request confirmation.Information that clarifies the requirements of U.S. citizens who drive in ***** can be found on the US Embassy website. Cameras record the license plates of cars committing traffic violations like driving more than the speed limit or driving in limited traffic areas without a permit.
