I just called them to make an appointment for my mother because she had a pain after they worked on her tooth, I was talking to someone her name was Antoinette and i explained to her about my mom's tooth that she has a pain and seems like the doctor didn't do a good job and then she started raising up her voice and yelling at me, I told her I don't appreciate your tone of voice and she yelled at me and told me I don't appreciate you are saying the doctor didn't do a good job and then she hung up on me. I went to the clinic to make an appointment again, I was talking to other stuff about the lady talking to me like that over the phone and she (Antoinette) just showed up and told me I was the one talking to you over the phone, so she was raising up her voice and yelling at me in front of all the stuff and patients, I was shocked how so rude and disrespectful she is, none of the stuff cared about this and a manager just showed up her name was Martha Hoffman and Antoinette was still screaming and yelling and I told her (Martha Hoffman) I can't believe she's talking to me like that and she said do you want me to help you or not with a bad attitude, so we went to a room and she gave me a complaint form to fill out. So I went there the next day to give the form and I saw dental director May Spatola with Martha Hoffman and explained to May Spatola and she didn't care about my complain and didn't really listen and left. After few days I've received a letter from May Spatola and said we have eye witness and eye witness said it was me yelling and screaming not their stuff. And she said there's no evidence that Antoinette over the phone hung up the phone on me and said in the letter I should not go to their office anymore. The managers except Spatola are same ethnicity and racist, if they do anything wrong they protect each other and blame it on their patients. ( May Spatola and Martha Hoffman ) are extremely rude, unprofessional and careless about their patients Complaints
