      With financing in hand I went here (referred by ******) and ordered a new GX460 (approx $80,000). During the 3 month wait for delivery whenever I phoned to ask about progress the general manager ******* would respond only that it could take 4 to 6 months and seemed put off to even be asked. When the vehicle arrived in ********** port a salesman contacted me and sent me a bill of sale that included $6000 in extra charges dealer installed options I had not ordered. When I objected the salesman (*****) informed me that every vehicle on their lot has these dealer installed options included and implied that I could not get my vehicle without them. I had to argue with the general manager about this issue to decline these options. After picking up the vehicle I noticed that the roof rack I ordered had not been installed. When I phoned the dealership to inquire, ******* told me I had not ordered the roof rack or paid for it. I sent him copies of all my paperwork showing that I had in fact ordered the roof rack and paid $405 for it. At that point they agreed to order it for me. Meanwhile I had noticed a slight shimmy in the steering so I took the vehicle to a tire shop to check the balance of the tires. They informed me that one of the tires was defective (out of round). When I took it back to the dealership to get the roof rack installed I had already informed them that one of the tires was defective. the required 5 hours to install the roof rack and then informed me that they balanced the tire and as far as they were concerned it was fine. Worst experience I have ever had. Do not do business here.

      I went in for a service and to have a recall fixed. I scheduled the appointment ahead of time. They said it would take a couple of days to order the parts when I called, so I scheduled the appointment for a few days later. I reminded them about the recall when I dropped off my car. When I picked up the car I asked if the recall had been taken care of and I was told YES. Now, over a month later, I find that they NEVER completed the recall. They informed me that they only ordered the parts on the day I came in for my scheduled service.
