Avoid this scam and save THOUSANDS of dollars. My elderly mother had a toilet problem the day before a big holiday. She called Adedoo and they came out showed her the (so called broken part) and said that she needed ****** worth of work or she would have sewage everywhere the next day. Sadly, she believed them and didn't think to get another quote. They said they could come the next day. The work was done in 90n minutes. Hummm 13k for a 90 minute job ? Sadly, she had called a heating company JW heating who is owned by Adeedoo and the exact same thing happened to the tune of ****** that time. She did not need a new furnace but didnlt think to get a second opinion due to other pressing circumstances in her life at that time. Well, Adeedon't were on to you. People, always get a 2nd and even a 3rd opinion. Donlt allow there bullies to mansplain you out of your hard earned monies. I was able to get her 3k back from the plumbing situation after I found out about it but ****** ! Just get more opinions before you ger shafted.

First off, I would give no stars if possible. I'm the owner of a house in ******* that my sister and her husband live in. My brother in law called Adeedo due to a back up in the pipes. Unfortunately, he didn't call me ahead of time or get multiple quotes for the work. Adeedo workers ***************** the front entry way which they said had to be done due to the sewage back up. That alone was a $9,800 job which my brother in law had no idea of price until they started. They then dug a few holes in the front yard. Once I was finally able to talk to the worker on site over the phone he told me the total cost was going to be $51,000 (including the $9800). I lost my mind and felt like they totally ripped us off. When my husband went over to talk to him he wasn't on site and the only workers there spoke Spanish and were just sitting in their truck. I have tried repeatedly calling in and nobody calls me back. The only person that has called me is ***** (I guess lead worker on job). I was told I would get a call back, but nobody ever does. I will be taking this to every complaint level possible, possibly even the local new stations. I have tried to get an itemized invoice/receipt but was told Adeedo doesn't do itemized receipts just the grand total?? Are you kidding me? You charge that much and won't give me an itemized breakdown? Adeedo replaced partial sewer line pipes in a couple locations not a whole sewer pipe line replacement but yet its $51,000? To say I think I was treated fairly is an absolute joke. I also feel I was way over charged and they took full advantage of my brother in law and his lack of knowledge to get quotes and ask questions. I'm still waiting for my itemized invoice and the paper work approving the job by the *************** inspector. I have NEVER dealt with a more unprofessional company that ignores and refuses to call back. I will do everything in my power to make sure NOBODY I know ever uses Adeedo for any plumbing issues.

They spoke to me, yes, but I now realize more than ever the amount they charged for the whole job was way overpriced. I've talked to other people in the business and they can't believe it. Once the work was done we had tubs filling with water Adeedo came out to snake the line. A couple days after the $43,000 dollar job (that was a discount) we had an issue again they came out and found "another leak" in bathroom wall that they quoted could run $8,800 (or so) and that it couldn't be snaked. We called out another major plumbing company, the worker snaked the line no problem and said there was no major water leak just a small drip from a bolt. So after discussion with that plumbing company and other people I without a doubt know we were grossly overcharged. I had my whole house that I currently live in re-piped and didn't pay anywhere close to what I was charged for my parent's house (who both have passed ****** Adeedo did a partial sewer pipe replacement and sprayed epoxy in the lines. They will make excuses and say I'm not in the know, I'm sure, but funny they found another "so-called" leak that once we had someone else look at wasn't anywhere near what Adeedo said the issue was. I'm so angry and extremely disappointed that we were grossly overcharged on my childhood home that my parent's, who are now both gone, lived in until their deaths. Shame on Adeedo. They know I'm angry and have already commented to my brother in law who lives in the house telling him "I complained about them". Yeah I did complain. I have that right and now that I found out what they tried to do with another possible leak I'm so upset! I felt like I was robbed of the estate money I had left from my parents and then they tried to get more saying we had another leak!!!!!

These guys are complete scammers. Their good reviews are fake. They take advantage of people, especially the elderly. My grandmother called to get an estimate for a water leak- they quoted my 80 year old grandmother $9,000. After getting a second estimate from a different company, the total repair cost less than $300. This is not the first time that they have scammed people out of their hard-earned money. Do not trust this pathetic hoax of a company.
