      HEATING/AC replacement job just completed today, Dec. 8,2023. Will comment on the equipment once I have had it for a week or so.BUT i cannot say enough good things about the young men who did the job, from the foremen to their workers: *****, *****, **********************: diligent, punctual, knowledgeable, polite. Always left the area clean and neat. Always answered my questions with patience. I am sitting here warm and comfortable thanks to them. I hope management values their work ethic because they represent the company with excellence.

      I got an estimate to replace my heat pump from Brody Pennell Heating last year in July. Only one year later, I contacted them again for the same project. They gave me two new estimates for two different models. Both of them increased price by 75%. I was shocked to see such a high increase in price. I contacted the company a few times, asking them to lower the price, they would not do it. I feel that is unfair for the business to increase the price so much in just one year.

      I'm in Real Estate and Brody Pennell was very highly recommended to me by an associate I trust. And I'm so happy to have found them! My last HVAC vendor became unreliable and it was so wonderful to work with a company that is efficient and on time and honest. I can't say enough good things about Emmith Horton, the technician that came out to do the maintenance service on the HVAC units in my condo complex. He's thorough, patient, caring, and really helps you understand everything he's doing. It turned out that my personal HVAC unit needed some additional repair work. He fully explained the work that was needed. My HVAC unit is on the roof so Emmith took photos and even videos of everything he needed to show me so that I understood the work that was needed. The communication with the company was excellent and the whole process from scheduling the initial service as well as the follow-up repair work, invoicing, and paying went very smoothly. They send you emails and text messages so you know when the technician is on their way, etc. I'm happy to have a company I can rely on and trust to service not only my HVAC but also the units for the other owners in my complex and I will be referring Brody Pennell to my clients!

      Our technician, Jeffrey, was excellent. He was very nice and well informed, answering our questions as he checked our vents, replaced our forced-air filter and cleaned the filters on our ductless units.

      Very nice technician came out today and I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Overall the best experience one could have while dealing with heater issues. Would definitely recommend Jeff, who works for Brody Pennell. - cheers from a Happy customer in Santa Monica!

      The Brody technician arrived on time, explained our options clearly, and solved our problem quickly. He helped me program our new Smart thermostat and connect to my phone--and then borrowed our vacuum to make sure he left everything clean! We couldn't be happier!
