We couldn't be more pleased with our experience with Snowden's. Our new roof looks fantastic. The workmanship was excellent. The pricing was very fair. And we so appreciated the communication and responsiveness from Lynn and his team throughout the process. It seems so many contractors fail in this regard, but Snowden's was truly a breath of fresh air. If you're looking for a quality, responsible roofing company in the Tri Cities, look no further than Snowden's. You will not be disappointed!

We hired Snowden's for a new roof. This was the 3rd roof we have replaced. The crew came out, and they were wonderful. They were fast, hardworking, and truly worked as a team! We were so pleased with them, we even made them lunch and we all sat together and had a great lunchtime. They're a close-knit family, and really enjoy what they do. I could not be more pleased with Snowdens. From a complicated insurance issue through the final clean-up their performance was first class. Not only was the entire process handled expeditiously but, the quality of their product and team members; Karen, Lynn and the installation crew was outstanding. We are extremely pleased with the work Snowden’s completed for us! They installed a new roof and shutters. Karen is always prompt to respond to questions, the workers always arrived on time and even worked in terribly windy conditions a couple of days. They completely cleaned up and put items - solar lights and potted plants - back where they were. The work was high quality and efficient and our 20 year old home looks new! Snowden's Roofing has completed two jobs, a roofing job and replaced windows and siding on a dormer. Their workmanship is superior and I would recommend them highly. From the moment I contacted their office, Karen was in constant communication, was very patient and answered any questions I had. She sent the shingles to me at work for convenience in selecting the type and color variation. Lynn climbed up on the roof while it was snowing so that I could select the color to be order for the siding. The employees were hard working and friendly and paid attention to every detail. They did an excellent job! The prices they quoted were very fair and I will definitely use them for any work in the future. Snowden's Roofing installed a new roof, gutters, and siding around our dormers and chimney. I am particular and was impressed with their work. Being a bit handy myself, I can tell that they went the extra mile and paid attention to details. They even put on a new cap on my chimney and added trim to my windows to keep them from leaking (and they now look new). They gave a competitive price and were willing to work with me since I ordered more than the roof. I would highly recommend Snowden's Roofing. My house is very steep roof with multiple dormers. I contacted several roofing companies for estimates and Snowden was my top choice. That was a smart decision. The workers did a fantastic job despite the difficults of the slope of the roof and all the other angles to go around. Snowden's Roofing is a very dependable company. Lynn did EVERYTHING he said he would do. Said he would come at 12:30pm to do an estimate (That's when he pulled into the driveway.) Said crew would be here around 7:30am to start (They were on the roof by then) Job was finished by end of day. New roof on, lawn clean. Other than the color of my roof, you couldn't tell anyone had been here. In my opinion, this is the only name and phone number I would recommend to anyone !!!! Great job, Lynn and Crew.
