His name is Cody. He was here. Very nice person very polite very patient a very good listener. He didn’t rush anything and she was very thorough. He really did try to give us good advice and really show us what was going on and give us a lot of options. We have to have our water heater replaced, the technician Chris shill came out to diagnose the issue and he was incredibly helpful and kind. He was on time. Identified himself immediately; he was professional along with having a personable demeanor.
