?????? Love traveling with Knoxville Tours! You leave a customer and you return as family! There were so many additions to the itinerary like Standing on the corner in Winslow AZ, The Santa Monica Pier, Santa Barbara and more…. Our accommodations are excellent and the bus is equipped with tv screens, Wi-Fi, outlets, usb ports and the all important cup holders so you can build a nest for your trip. Where else do you get dropped off your coach near a door and picked back up in your AC cooled coach to travel on to your next excursion or adventure. Highly recommend Knoxville Tours and the Pacific Coast Tour!!Review from Heather C

Horrible experience with this company! I went to NYC my birthday weekend and thanks to Knoxville Tours, my trip was pretty much ruined. Apparently they do not maintenance their buses! Their first bus broke down before even picking us up and they had to send another one from TN to WV so that put us 3 hours behind even leaving! We made it approx 1.5 hours outside of the city and the second bus broke down alongside a busy interstate. The driver barely pulled us off the road and every time a tractor trailer would drive by, the entire bus would shake. It was terrifying! State troopers in the area had to come pick up all the passengers in groups and take us to a McDonald’s to wait another hour on a completely different bus company to come get us and take us into the city. So much time was lost on this trip because their buses kept breaking down! I have tried reaching out to the company on several occasions and they either give me the run around and tell me someone will reach out to me (they never do) or they just don’t respond to my messages at all. Every passenger on this trip deserves some type of reimbursement! Absolutely ridiculous!
