Dirty pushie lier took things that wasn’t theirs takes advantage of people left me with nothing sold my jeep and made them money and left to pay for something I don’t have

I took my Camaro in for service; replace 2 bulbs, reseal a window and repair a switch or motor lift arm in the drivers window and STILL do not have my vehicle back going on 8 weeks!! I accepted a call from an anonymous number in Johnson City on Monday while I was out driving. The man said he was the Service Manager and proceeded to ask what he could do. I told him all he needs to do is have an employee drive my car to my house less than 3 miles away, pick me up and we would return immediately and I would pay them and be done. He claimed he didn't have anyone and that he had made "multiple calls" to my phone with no answer. I asked if he was so ignorant he couldn't leave a message as I get too many "robo calls" from anonymous numbers so I don't answer them every time they ring BUT I DO RETURN ALL messages.....if you have sense enough to leave one. He proceeded to explain to me that the delay had been the service rep had a serious health condition. I reminded him this is BUSINESS and my vehicle service WAS NOT and IS NOT contingent on an employees health. I told him I brought the car in and it was running but I imagine that unless they have been starting it that the battery is probably dead so let me know whether the car is running or not. He hung up on me and I have not heard from him since. I delivered my vehicle to them in running condition and if I have to go pick it up myself they better confirm its in running condition when I arrive. That is what I require. I am so sick and tired of these ignorant hillibllies here in east Tennessee who try to cover there incompetence and laziness with some "personal" issue when you call them out. This was/is a BUSINESS transaction and it should never have been impacted one way or another by the health of a single individual. That is unprofessional and unethical and IS NOT how business is conducted in other places which is probably why this area lags behind other areas of the country because its the general attitude I constantly run into when I try to conduct business. They always want to bring their personal issues, their religion or their politics into the transaction and NONE OF THOSE should have ANYTHING to do with it.
