      We have received spam calls from this business phone number repeatedly for the last week or so. We’ve answered twice and it’s been silent, then you hear noise in the background, then they hang up on us. One day after already calling us, they called again a couple hours later. This time, we spoke with them and told them we weren’t interested in a quote on windows. They claimed we must have requested a follow up and said they were behind on reaching out to people ***** ** * *****. They then asked how many rooms we had in our house to give us a price * ***** *** **** *** **** ******. Since telling them that we are NOT interested, we have received another 3 phone calls, pretty much every other day. STOP CALLING US!!!!!!!

      Terrible customer service and product!!!!! ** *** ***** **** ***** ** **** *******. Spent thousands of dollars on new windows and doors and when we needed the front door handle fixed waited 8 months to find out they ordered wrong handle!!!! You can never get to talk to anyone at the office and when you do no one seems to know what happened or what to do to fix it!! Windows had condensation in between the glass and needed to be repaired as well!!! ******** ******* ********* ** ** **************

      We went with Landmark after having them install windows and doors in the past. There were problems from the start and they rectified some of them, but one bay window leaks badly, with large puddles on the window sill. They sent someone to recaulk but that didn't solve the problem. There is some larger problem. It's raining today and I woke up to large puddles on the windowsill and floor. I'm desperate about this. Sooner or later the wood will rot, the wetness will get into the wall, baseboards will be destroyed etc. Not sure who to hire to diagnose the issue since Landmark seems incapable of doing so. I have made another request for service but they ignored the last one I sent just before winter.

      First I want to say the installers for this company was awesome was very professional But the company itself is another question The salesman told us the installation would be 6 to 8 weeks we waited a week to have someone come and do the measurements Then on Oct 23 an email from the project manager that said it would be from 12 to 14 weeks So I questioned it and reply was told I give extra time for scheduling I proceeded to tell them it was unacceptable and the response was to bad not in the contract Tried calling and emailing no response no call backs after leaving messages. Until wife used her cell and then answered To get any type of answer to any question you have to deal with three or four people from different areas and still no real answer Bottom line make sure everything written in the contract

I see you signed with us on September 14, 2023, and the installation was completed on November 22, 2023 I believe that is 69 days which would then equate to 9.8 weeks, so let's round up and call it 10! Per your statement, it was indicated to take 6-8 weeks at the time of sale, when in actuality we came in at 10 weeks, 2 more weeks than you were originally advised. The fact you find this to be displeasing I am truly sorry to hear as in the end, we made your custom product(s), to perfection. We installed it professionally and to absolute precision. I will be sure to note your account about your displeasure and should you ever require warranty coverage in the future, hopefully, we will be able to pull through in a much more acceptable timeline for you.       I have never had a customer service manager say, "I don't give a ***** after they messed up a customer order until I dealt with Landmark Home Solutions. I ordered 3 large windows, a glass sliding patio door, and a front door from this company in May of 2023. I made explicitly clear that I wanted products that qualified for the home efficiency rebate program to the sales rep. When I received my order confirmation I noticed it did not include the sliding door as "grant qualified" so before my products were ordered I had the Landmark rep confirm I would be receiving products that qualified. They install the windows and doors and exclude the U-factor and energy rating sticker for the sliding door. During my energy rebate post-retrofit audit, the auditor mentioned that I would have to request that sticker from Landmark and send it to them. Upon request, Landmark sends me the sticker for the door, however, the sticker clearly indicates that it does not meet the specifications for the rebate. I contacted Landmark to seek a resolution and they told me I received the correct products and they did not know why the sliding door did not qualify for the rebate. I request to be contacted by a manager at that point. Manager Lisa from the onset was very agitated that I was bringing up my concerns. She said none of their doors meet the rebate program specifications (contrary to what their sales rep told me) and said I did not request rebate glass for the sliding door. I made clear that I have many emails going back and forth with Landmark stating my request for rebate qualifying products ***** *** ********* ** ***** **** * ****** ******** **** ***** ** *** ***** ***** The best she offered me was a delayed process to replace the door or $500. I took the money and ran, this company is misleading and inconsiderate of customers. They have no interest in delivering on their promises *** **** **** ** **** *** ** when a problem arises. ***** **** ******* ** *** ******

      What a pathetic response to a customer issue. I have received nothing from Landmark as far as compensation, only the promise from a company that stands tall behind dishonest and deceitful sales tactics and attrocious customer service. You have hid behind a poorly written sales receipt from the beginning, essentially laughing in my face when I tried to have the proper products installed. I paid for a door that I was told by the sales rep qualified for the rebate program, only to find out after install that Landmark DOESN'T SELL FRONT DOORS THAT QUALIFY! Where is my compensation for that?You are hiding behind **** and you "stood tall" behind ***** business practices. If ****** had any wits they would drop you as a service provider. What a disgrace!

      We ordered windows and doors through this company in 2018. We have had them out dozens of times and had scheduled them to come out in May of this year to look at mold growth on patio door trim. The day before they were to come, Landmark canceled the appointment with a promise to reschedule. I didn't hear from them for a couple months, when I called was told the person I was dealing with had left the company and to leave a message for service and they would return my call to schedule an appointment. I've left numerous messages with no response and no one will answer the phone. ******** *********** *** terrible customer service!! Hoping this will garner a response.

      My 3 exterior door installations by Landmark are poor/faulty with many issues that I can see without being I supposed professional. For instance, I can see daylight around the doors in many places. They warp in the hot day sun and the weather stripping and caulking was installed poorly. The side door is difficult to open or close. This is putting undue stress on the door handle and is ruining it. Landmark told me they would order some new weather stripping pieces and come and install them. This was months ago and they keep evading giving me a firm date to correct these issues. This is a terrible company to deal with and I would never recommend them to anyone.

      I had 13 windows installed Nov 2022. One of my windows cracked shortly after the install. I have followed all the steps like fill out the online request more than a couple of times, I have called and left voicemails, I have called the salesman who apparently no longer works there anymore. Not one call back yet. Customer service does not exist with this company. By the way the salesman pressured me into buying these windows. I was hesitant from the very beginning, I then called him back 5 mins after leaving my house to cancel and he told me it was too late because all my financing was approved and finalized. But now I am trying to sell my house and I still have this cracked window and nobody is rectifying this with me! I am out of time to go through there non-existent warranty now and will have to pay out of my own pocket to replace my window.
