      I had my water tested *** **** ** * ****. There are no lab tests done; the salesperson comes to your home and does tests there. The fellow did a conductivity test for total dissolved solids. He said that TDS should be below 50 ppm and that since my water was in the 400s, I had a problem. In fact, TDS up to 500 ppm is considered to be quite acceptable. TDS values are not considered problematic until they exceed 1000 ppm. He also did a titration test for hardness. He just kept putting in the titrant until the color changed without tracking how much he put in. So he was not able to put a value on the hardness but instead just told me I had hard water. He brewed some tea with my water and said that the foam that formed indicated a problem with the water. Foam when brewing tea is normal. I told him I wasn't prepared to spend over $4000 on a filter even if I was supposedly getting a special deal.

If you feel that it was not as comprehensive of a test as you would have liked, there are many companies in this area offer water tests that can be completed at a lab. Unfortunate part of lab testing is that they are not free like the one that was offered to you.

      ************************** They pulled my number from an old account with ******, which they used to be called. They sell over priced systems with gimics to make you think your water is bad. I had to remove the old ****** system but they thought i still had it so they tried to come back to start up an account for me. They lost my number, didnt show for the first appointment then when they realized I didnt have their system anymore they tried to sell me a drinking water system for 4000 bucks. My water company sells these for 800. they tried to tell me without any proof that my water was putting my sodium levels up too high and my blood pressure was going to be too high, and my water was not meant for drinking. When they first contacted me they didnt tell me who they were working for, what type of service they needed to do until I asked them what they were doing. The letter they sent me informed me that my warranty would be void if I didnt get this service. ******.

      Hi Heather, thanks for reaching out, We received this on Feb 2, 2022. since you wrote this on Jan 21, 2022, We have been in contact, service has been completed at your house, and we sent water samples to confirm that all equipment in your home is working correctly.

      This is an over priced, over rated water system, they dont tell you about the yearly $200++ change for the filters each year and dont finance it with them as the finance company ******* puts a lein on your house without your knowledge, charges you a fee for doing it and discharging it! It took us 4+ weeks to get it discharged to get a new mortgage!!!

Please call us at the office to see if we can help. ******* is a finance company that accepts customers that are not approved with our primary providers. They are not a Company of Georgian Water and Air. The $200 service is needed when your filters stop filtering the water. We are sorry that you were unaware of this.
