      My first purchase from Tvape was a ********* ******** on a 420 sale factory 1 yr warranty. The unit had design issues with the wax head, I brought the unit to them to show the issue they simply replaced with a new unit on the spot, they did it twice for me, I was so impressed I nought a Carta V and Utilian 5. They were really accommodating

      Nice try! But you are a **** company and never sent the product. It has been 2 months since I ordered not to mention you charge for a tracking number in 2024? No one does that.       VERY BAD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!!! DON’T BE FOOLED BY THEIR REVIEWS!!! Like most companies, you must register a billing address and shipping address. Not only after a verbal an email confirmation of a temporary address change, my order comes in without a glitch. Within less than 2 weeks a place a second order which gets shipped to a different address?? Now unless the recipient of the wrong address returns the package I’m screwed!!       **** ******* ** ********* *** ******* ******** **** ** ****** **** *** ********* *** **** ******* ****. *** ** ******* if you have any issue where your not going to receive a product will watch out because they will make sure you end up keeping it because it's plain cheaper to do so than the fees they will charge you. We had a shipping issue and if I wanted to cancel my order it was going to be over $60 in so called fees to do so. I can't stand these type of online stores who hide behind small print *** ***** *********

      Horrible ******** customer service! Paid for a device *** ** *******. The first device did not work. Had to jump through hoops to get a replacement. Got the replacement and of course I had the same issue. They explained to me it came from the same batch like that's my problem, right? Meanwhile, I still haven't gotten a replacement that works and they made it so impossible for me to finally get a good replacement and stated to me I could not get my money back even if I return both devices that don't work! **** * *******
