I had my roof shingled in 2016 and have had multiple issues with my roof still leaking. The most recent event was in Feb of this year, 2022. I sent an email on Feb 17th saying that the roof is leaking again. No response. On Feb 21 another email went out. No response again. Only a week later did the owner of the company come to the house. After some inspection outside and inside, and after I showed him a video of the water dripping from the ceiling and running down the walls, he acknowledged that there is some problem. He said he would come back in the spring. No communication since then, until today May 26, when he showed up to my door. He said that he was here to fix the 1 section of the roof. I said that he should have called ahead of time because he can't do it today because I have a major renovation to the front of my property, including a retaining stone wall and driveway area directly below where the roof is. He said that it is the only day he can do it, and when I still refused his services he said that he was trying to do me a favour. Again, I said no, and he turned and said forget it then he can't do it and started calling me names. After he left, he parked blocking a neighbour of mine, and where I was trying to park my car. I confronted him once more and he continued to call me names, as well as part of his crew. At the end, he actually hit me with his truck door to get me out of his way and drove off.
