    Back in November 2021, I contacted Black Forest Plumbing for an emergency plumbing issue. I paid them $441.00 to provide the service. They went ahead and sourced a hot water heater tank for which I did not ask them to do and they scheduled the install, which I also asked them not to do. It felt very ******** for a single women who isn't familiar with the trades. I told Black Forest Plumbing that I didn't need them to order a heater as my brother would be able to source and install the hot water heater, that I just needed them for the emergency and thanked them for being there. This issue occurred on a Friday so when I called Monday to reiterate that they shouldn't come, they wanted to charge me $50.00 for cancelling within 48 business hours. There wasn't even 48 business hours between the time of the call and the arbitrarily scheduled service date. I contacted the company to discuss and I was met with an ************** and **** ***** who wasn't willing to listen to me. I continue to get this invoice emailed to me and I do not want to have my good credit rating affected. I would like this kind of corporate ******** to stop, to stop receiving the invoice and leave me as a customer in good standing.

    Called them on an emergency basis as my laundry taps burst and wouldn’t shut off, so I turned off the main line. I was told there would be a $150 charge to come as it was on a weekend, I was fine with that, but the plumber had no taps to replace mine and only option was to cut the Pipes and put stoppers on them. It took him 5 minutes. My bill ended up being $492 for maybe 10 minutes of his time. I called to ask them to credit me as this fee is ridiculous but I have not heard back from them. This company serves themselves and not the customer. I highly do not recommend them.
