I had a clogged toilet. I called on a Saturday morning. in 45 minutes the technician (Rulin) showed up. He did a thorough job, gave me tips, and tested the toilet a few times before leaving. Very happy.

We had an emergency plumbing need and it was outside of business hours. I called a bunch of places that said that they were 24 hour and nobody answered the phone. I was on the Anta website and the chat box popped up with a real human - not a bot - and I called and they answered. The person who I spoke to was helpful and I felt like she really cared about the situation. I felt confident that she would set me up with help and she did. I will not use this plumbing company again because the plumber took advantage of my lack of knowledge. I was quoted $250 to change a shower valve and I accepted (I did not know then how easy and quick the job would be, and I figured some travel time as well.) Then the plumber told me that it would be an additional $125 for the part. When I questioned it, I was told that the part cost at least $100. Anyway, I paid $375 plus HST for a ten minute job to change a shower valve (my mistake). When I next went to **********, I found the part sold for $47, and when I phoned the manufacturer, they advised that they would have sent the worn-out valve parts, if not the whole valve, to me for free. I was disappointed in myself for trusting this plumbing professional and in the plumber for taking advantage. When I tried to give feedback to the company they did not return my calls. *************

I see here that we installed your valve on May 19, 2021, you were charged $250 for the installation and $125 for the ***** part itself.
I do understand you have gone to ********** and found another brand at the price of $47 that would fit, and you contacted ***** themselves who advised you they could send you a replacement for free.
We are very happy to hear that the manufacturers have such offers for homeowners, unfortunately we as a plumbing company do not get these same advantages, as we must purchase the parts from a supplier.
We thank you for making us aware of *****s offer, as in the future we will be sure to pass this information along to other homeowners.
