** *** ****** ******* ******* *********! They did a horrible job on my deck, so many mistakes and ****** workmanship. They refused to take responsibility and we are forced to take them to court. Instead of fixing what they did wrong , they chose to do nothing and force us to take legal action . ** *** ****** **** ******* ** ***** **** ******** **** *** ********, they over charge for *** workmanship.

We would highly recommend using Hickory Dickory Decks for your deck project. From the initial consult to applying for a permit, to construction until the very last detail was completed, everyone in the company was nothing but professional. Adam, the manager, kept us informed every step of the way. The build team were prompt every morning and cleaned up the site every evening before going home each night. I am a bit of a perfectionist and even I was solidly impressed at the precision of the miter edge joins. The project took exactly the time we were told and the permit was closed without any issues. I was also happy to see the workers having fun, joking and singing while working- just set the right tone for the job (although the singing needed a bit of work!!). Deck is great and team fine to work with. They did damage our hot tub cover in the process and did not acknowledge it. Cost us a few hundred to replace it.Hickory Dickory Decks Response

5 or 6 years ago, Hickory Dickory Decks built a beautiful backyard deck at our home. They acquired the necessary permits and provided high quality materials and as was agreed upon, they built it exactly as we wanted. They provided quality workmanship and they left our yard clean and tidy after completion. A couple of years ago, we went back to Hickory Dickory Decks to have them build a pergola with a sunshade for our deck. Again, they provided quality materials, workmanship and the job was completed beyond our expectations. A couple of issues came up with the operation of the sunshade that required post installation service. This work was completed without hesitation and to our satisfaction. We are very greatful to Tom, Colin and Scott for their attention to detail and their willingness to satisfy our concerns. We would highly recommend Hickory Dickory Decks for any deck builds and any other recreational add-ons to your home.Review from Elliot K

I can't say enough amazing things about Rob H and Mitch from Mississauga South West Hickory Dickory Deck. They completely transformed our backyard and we couldn't be happier! From the first time we met with Rob H to discuss our plans, we just felt so comfortable. He was very transparent about the costs of all of the different options of decking material etc and was open to changing the design a couple of times while also offering great advice. The project started right on time and they constantly communicated on progress and timelines. If you are looking for a new deck I guarantee once you meet Rob H you will look no further!Review from Shawn R

We had a deck installed by Arturo from Hickory Dickory Decks in Barrie at our previous residence, so I knew going in that we were going to get a reliable and comprehensive deck package, and we were not disappointed! I recently had a composite deck built by Hickory Dickory Decks in the Mississauga South West region. Some time passed when I noticed some adjustments were required. Rob H. immediately came over. I appreciate the excellent work done by Rob's builders, Mitch and Mark. The work was completed to my full satisfaction and the deck looks great! They obviously take pride in their work and it showed! Juan G. and his crew built our new deck (we live in Brights Grove) this August. Juan first completed a design that improved on the old wooden deck. He helped us to pick out the composite materials and its colors. Hickory Dickory Decks- London North. It was a great pleasure to deal with Chris B. when deciding to have a deck installed. Chris was very knowledgeable and thoughtful while discussing our plans. Chris & our builder Tony are unbelievable when it comes to labor skills. Our deck is absolutely beautiful. Lots of comments from friends & Neighbors. Everyone should be able to conduct business in this matter.
