******* ******* * **** *********. It took 11.5 hours for an incomplete move with 3 men. When we attempted to arrange our payment, they left with quite a bit of our belongings. ******* ****** *** * **** **** ******** ** *** ******** *** **** **** *** ***** ********* ********** They expected a payment of $2,500 for an incomplete, unprofessional and sloppy move that should have taken 5 hours max.Review from Marwa L

Worst moving company ever. They charge you for their commute to get to you and charge a second commute time to get to their next customer which is the equivalent of 2 hours. Extremely slow movers. A move of one small sofa one dresser and kitchen table and two chairs basically a bachelor around 700sqft took two movers 4 hours to move and two hours commute. Not transparent with their pricing. Horrible customer service. If you are looking for slow movers who will overcharge you and charge you two hours for their commute then choose this company.Review from Lisa M

* ** ******* ** **** *** ** *** *** **** ******* ** **** *** ***** ****** They damaged my property during 2 moves. The first move for a 1 bedroom place 15 minutes away cost over 800$ and I tipped 60$ where my room divider was taken apart and the pieces missing so I could not use it so it was trash and had to be thrown out. ( I left messages for management and never heard back for months and had to call over 5 times) The 2nd move cost me over 1200$ (4 months later)and they broke my ************* heirloom teacup from the 1930's and I did not even get an apology. The box was marked HEIRLOOMS so you would think it would be handled with care but instead the movers hid out in the truck while I picked up the broken glass. They also scratched my SMART ******* tv and tried to tell me it is worth 100$, what a crock. Even a replacement would at least cost 350$ and up (43-50 inch). I was offered some measly hush money of 250$ to not post the truth. THEY TEXTED ME THEY WOULD PAY ME 500$ AND THEN WHEN I CALLED THEY TOOK THAT BACK AND SAID THAT WAS A MISTAKE AND THEY CAN ONLY OFFER 250$. I WAS PROMISED 2500$ DAMAGE INSURANCE. ** *** *** ***** ******** **** *** * ***** *** *** *******. IT IS STRESSFUL ENOUGH TO MOVE AND THEN TO HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER MONTH FOR A MANAGER TO CALL TO MAKE IT RIGHT IS ALSO ** WHICH HAPPENED AGAIN. They were quick to get me to commit and sounded professional. The move was the most horrible experience we have had, and we have moved 5 times in 7 years, so we know how things should go. Hoping to save money we actually moved all the items in the house other that furniture and larger items. they sent 3 very unprofessional movers and a 26 ft truck. We will 20min away, this should have taken maximin 6 to 7 hours. They took 13 hrs, 2 trips and this was due to thier packing of the truck. They did not cover anything and damaged several items of our furniture, they also damaged our house that we just purchased, they damaged a wall and the oak banister going down stairs. It was a horrible day for us and then to have to pay 3990$ after watching them damage things after the long 13hr day. I DO NOT recommend them to move. It should not have taken so long or cost so much and now I need to take MY time to put a claim in.Review from Brandon B

Terrible planning and execution, completely unprofessional at a very expensive price. I recently enlisted the services of Let's Get Moving for a local move within Toronto, from ** ******* ****** **** ** *** ****** **** ****, on August 26th. The entire process was fraught with issues, culminating in the loss of my desktop computer, valued at approximately CND $2800. To start, the truck provided exceeded the height I initially requested, making it unsuitable for the loading docks at both locations. This forced the drivers to park quite a distance from both buildings, complicating the loading and unloading process. The most alarming issue, however, was that the truck was left unattended, unlocked, and open multiple times. It was during one of these times that my desktop computer went missing. Despite immediately informing the drivers, they were unable to locate the item, reflecting poorly on their level of professionalism and care. This computer was not just a costly device; it contained invaluable data files and photographs. I had taken a photograph of the computer the day before the move, clearly indicating it was among the possessions meant to be transported. Security footage even showed that at 9:42 am, the computer was placed into the elevator and left in a blind spot. Later, at 10:21 am, a man on a bike was captured on camera taking the computer as it was left unattended and unprotected, directly in front of the truck. The emotional and financial toll this experience has taken on me is immeasurable. * ******** ********** ****** **** ***** ***** *** ****** *** ***** ********** ****** The lack of responsibility exhibited by their employees cost me a valuable item and significant peace of mind during an already stressful period.Review from Nicky L

Worst moving experience ever. Slow movers ****** ***** ****, took forever to carry even light items. I had a friend help us and when he did, the movers walked out empty-handed. They spent an hour rearranging the truck for no reason (there was plenty of space for everything, as we barely filled half the truck). We were charged $1200 to move about 10 furniture items. They took forever wrapping every item in plastic (total overkill) and then our items STILL came out damaged on the other side. They quoted us $800 for 4 hours which had included 50 boxes and 3 extra large and heavy items of furniture, which we ended up moving ourselves before the movers showed up. **** **** **** **** ********Review from Steve B

Very unimpressed with this moving company, will never use them again *** **** ****** ******* ** ***** ****** I will say, the back office were great in scheduling and planning for the move and we were very optimistic based on that experience. On move day that all went away. We have moved several times including a cross country move, this was our shortest distance (~2km), it took the longest (by hours) and a significant amount of things were broken. Everything was boxed and centralized on the main floor, furniture (where possible) were disassembled and it took them 5+ to empty the space. It took them 45 minutes to travel 2km (two) to the new house. About an hour into the unload one of the movers began preparing the invoice. When the invoice was presented to us it was significantly higher than we were anticipating ($1,600) and we were expected to pay then and there. We indicated we would need to go take money out at which point we were given 30 minutes to pay or they would stop unloading and charge overtime. They said they were almost done which was why they expected payment so quickly (only furniture had been brought into the house). It appeared as though they were strategically holding items in the truck as according to them all furniture was in the house yet we were missing the headboard from one bed, the footboard from the second bed and the mattress from the babies crib. As we started to unpack we found almost a dozen broken/damaged items, mostly household items except for our spin bike. We paid an charge to have the spin bike moved (as it was heavier than 100lbs) in the process of moving they locked up the mechanism and it is no longer usable. We contacted them to file a complaint. We were told we would need to submit a $250 deductible and send photos of the damage and they would make an assessment. They train their employees to be super slow, dismantle every piece of furniture, wrap every single item to extend their hours billable - even when I asked them not to as we were only moving 10 minutes away....they didn't listen. It took 4 guys 12 hours to move a 2 bedroom 1500 sq ft house - with no appliances. My husband and I had even dismantled the beds and wrapped up the pictures. All boxes were packed by myself, tapped and labeled. After the 12 hours, they ended up breaking many items, damaging floors and drywall. Contacted me excessively after I asked them not to. First they claim to give you an "instant quote" through their website if you give them your contact information and details of your move, and then they email and text you just to tell you to wait for a phone call where they repeat the process. When they called I was very clear that I was only calling for a quote and was not ready to book–please do not contact me or follow up. Throughout the phone call I was asked multiple times for information that would allow them to confirm my booking and each time I had to repeat myself that I wanted the quote only and did not want to book. After the call I was texted 3 times, emailed 5 more times, and called 2 more times in less than 24 hours. I texted back to tell them again not to call me. I ended up blocking the number. I genuinely felt like I was ***** ******** given that I was extremely clear multiple times that I did not want to be contacted. Unbelievably excessive and worrisome.Review from Dario P

Everything was fine until we realized that they lost our hammock stand. This is a 2-meter long metal tube, and I never thought something like that could be lost.
The next day got a ********************* phone call from someone at the company who simply said they can't do anything about it and that I should go check security cameras in both buildings.
The point of hiring movers is to save time and energy, not spend more time tracking what happened with your items. Very ****************** irresponsible overall.
They also packed items we told them not to touch, and forgot to pack some items. They also didn't bring the TV box we agreed on, and wrapped the TV in an improvised box. This is fine in general, but wasted precious time.
