            I was looking to purchase a 1oz platinum bar from this company and when I received their e-mail to make payment by e-transfer, I clicked on: For any query visit ******** e-Transfer) and it brought me to a 404 Page cannot be found. Which was a red flag for me so I decided to not make the purchase(Jan 13,2022) Since then the company has tried to ***** me quote: Hi ****** we spoke to you about this order please make payment immediately to avoid legal action against you you will be fully responsible to pay all the legal costs if incurred. your credit burro may affect. Please settle the mater immediately Regards, BM Compliance into purchasing the platinum bar and has been e-mailing me and calling me on my cellphone. I am no longer interested in doing business with this company and would like them to stop contacting me to make a purchase.

            Placed an order. Payment was only by ****** that generated a surcharge of $8.50 on a 190$ order Then they demand ID verification because ****** was used as payment. I asked them to cancel the order but haven't heard back. Terrible customer service.
