We purchase 2 ********* dishwashers, ********* oven, microwave drawer, beverage fridge, range hood, washer and dryer from Goeman’s Mississauga store. This was close to a $30K order. They were installed by Goeman’s on November 25th. All the ********* appliances had an installation issue. It is now February 9th and they still have not resolved the issues. They come and look at the problems, agree it is an issue but unless I keep calling they do not come back. After calling again today they are going to try and arrange another visit. I would not recommend ****** ******** **** Goeman’s. After the sale and once they have your money they do not care. They do not follow up, they ignore emails I have even reached out to the store manager with no results to date to resolve issues.Goemans Appliances Response

Delivered new fridge a month late today Motor noise asked installer to put filter in The holder wouldn’t close Removed new fridge installed our old fridge broke door on it Called joe mgr at store he called got two units in milton but can’t get them till end of Dec!!!….three weeks from milton.. crazy!! I was a loyal customer at Goemans in Markham, spending over $30,000 at their store, buying 4 ***** kitchen combos and a ******* washer and dryer combo. But let me tell you, their so-called "customer service" ** * ***** ***** Once they made their hefty commission off my purchase, I became invisible. They boast about valuing customers, but it's all a facade. Recently, I discovered a whopping **** difference in the price of a washer and dryer combo at *** ** ********. When I tried to address this with Goemans, they brushed me aside, offering no price match despite their claims. *** ***** *** ** ******* ** their manager, who dodged my calls and avoided face-to-face meetings instead of addressing the issue. Hello, We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused the customer and for the delay in having the price match completed. After further reviewing the customer's file, I see the customer was contacted by the store manager and was advised that the price match invoice has been finalized. Customer was contacted via email on December 19th to advise that the customer can contact the store directly to have the refund applied back onto the same form of payment. Spent 24k in the Whitby store and they DO NOT stand behind their products. Forget customer service - they say they will get back to you in 24/48 hrs but never do. Worst experience with ********* appliances bought from goemans customer service is absolute disaster. Many calls with no one to follow up, sales are even worse as that get upset for calling for follow up. Never again, twice beaten.Goemans Appliances Response

Bought a few appliances here. First set a few years ago took a negative ****** review to get it serviced after the fridge stopped making ice within the first few months... Customer service was very poor back then but they eventually came through... Only took a few weeks and about 10 calls to get anywhere. My mistake for buying from them again . Recently spent 2k on dryer washer combo. Wife was told I wouldn't have to lift a finger. Great. Everything is installed fine. Fast forward a few weeks we now have mold since the fitting with the new install was done incorrectly. So we call the store... Two calls... Three calls. Call head office. Finally found out the store didn't even make a ticket. So here we are again Gorman's. High and dry with no support or help. Called customer service multiple times and was reassured multime times someone will escalate this .... Nothing has happened . We are now a few weeks into the first call.... ** ******* *** ******** *** ****** ****** ****** **** **** ********* *** ***** **** ***** **** ** . I purchased a Dishwasher in July 2022, finally in January 2023 it arrived. As soon as we installed it, the dishwasher did not work ( Extremely loud drilling sound). I called Goemans and requested a replacement/refund and was told I would need to have a technician. The technician came and told me the issue was that the entire motor of the dishwasher was defective. He did not come prepared for this repair and regardless, I paid for a brand new dishwasher, not a refurbished one!!! ** told me that Goemans must replace the item within the first 30 days if I request that. I made the request and was given a reference number to give to Goemans. Goemans then called ** and told them they refused to replace the dishwasher because it was **** responsibility and not theirs. Just wanted to share my recent experience with Goemans. Our washing machine broke down on the 10th of December. My first instinct was to call a repairman ( ****** * **** *** * ****** ********* ) Upon inspection it was determined the unit could be repaired however the cost and lead time for new parts were not economical. Thus we reached out to Geomans, where the original unit was purchased. The staff at Goemans went above and beyond our expectations and within a week we had 3 very nice gentlemen install our new machine and cart the other unit away. Jason and Faith are a great example of what customer service means and Goemans continues to be a pillar to serving our local community. * ***** ****** ********* ******* ** **** ******* *** **** **********. This company has absolutely the worst customer service team I have ever dealt with . My stove ( which I bought less than a year ago ) has been out of service for 4 weeks , numerous calls emails and follow ups and they keep telling me that they are waiting to hear from a tech . I asked them how long should I expect a response or for my appliance to be faced . They said “ as long as it takes “ . To make things worse , I get an email asking me how my experience was from a rep , I email her back and explain the situation , that was over two weeks ago , no response. I still have a stove not functioning and they don’t care . I will forever tell anyone and everyone to never trust Goemans with anything * ******** **** ********Review from Sarah L

The customer service at Goemans is definitely lacking. We ordered a ***** 36" gas stovetop (along with all the other appliances for our kitchen). The stovetop is still not here after being told it would be delivered in June. We somehow missed that shipment and have been waiting since then with delays every month. I understand that appliances are being delayed (even though the delays of some of these appliances make no sense at this point). However, calls and updates should be a priority. Instead, as a customer you are expected to call and follow up every month to check the status. And the delays are frustrating. They string you along every month telling you to the next month it will be delivered. No solutions are offered and as a customer you are expected to push. I am so disappointed. I don't know what to do at this point.
