              In Dec. 2020, we purchased $28,000 of appliances for a kitchen reno were were starting in the spring. The reason we purchased them so far in advance is that we were informed by the Goemans Sales Rep that we needed to in order to ensure we received them in time. We paid a 25% deposit at the time, and then paid the balance in Mar. 2021, at the time that we were told they had our appliances in stock. Originally, we were planning for delivery and installation in mid-April, but Covid19 restrictions have delayed our project. We are now 3 weeks away from installation, and Goemans is telling us that if we do not take delivery now, they will sell our appliances to someone else and we will have to wait months for replacements. I offered to take delivery now, and then schedule installation when our kitchen is ready, but they are telling us we will have to unpackage and inspect the appliances, and then move them into our kitchen ourselves, and that we will be responsible for any issues with them.

              We purchase 2 ********* dishwashers, ********* oven, microwave drawer, beverage fridge, range hood, washer and dryer from Goeman’s Mississauga store. This was close to a $30K order. They were installed by Goeman’s on November 25th. All the ********* appliances had an installation issue. It is now February 9th and they still have not resolved the issues. They come and look at the problems, agree it is an issue but unless I keep calling they do not come back. After calling again today they are going to try and arrange another visit. I would not recommend ****** ******** **** Goeman’s. After the sale and once they have your money they do not care. They do not follow up, they ignore emails I have even reached out to the store manager with no results to date to resolve issues.
