    I purchased Airline Ticket and paid with my **** credit card in July 2022 I mess not able to utilize the ticket and was informed I can use this ticket within one year. Then I get call from my travel agent that the Airline says my **** credit card payment was on hold and I have to pay again I called my credit card company and they said payment went through and nothing should be paid again. Now the PIA Airline say they have canceled my ticket and refund the full amount to my credit card I am asking for the proof for refund given to my credit card and they are not able to provide. I am paying monthly interest on my credit card I have all the email corespondent from my credit card company about not receiving any refund. I emailed and called PIA Airline many times but my issue is not resolved.

    As per our confirmed booking, my travel agent thoughtfully arranged for a seat with extra legroom, specifically seat number ***, to accommodate my elderly mother's health condition. *** ** * ******** *** ************ ******* *** *** ********* ****** This choice was made carefully, ****** **** ******* *** ******** **** ** *** *** ******** *** ** ********** *** *** ********** *** ******* **** *** ** ********* To our astonishment, upon reaching the boarding counter, we were issued a boarding pass for seat **, which was entirely different from the seat we had meticulously booked and paid for in advance. Upon questioning the staff, we were directed to a supervisor who acknowledged our original booking for seat **** However, to our surprise, this seat was later denied to us by the Station Manager, Mr. Syed Z. without providing any valid reason. Despite the supervisor's attempts to assign seat *** for my mother, the situation worsened as she was eventually given seat ***, which was further away from her original choice. This added unnecessary stress to her journey, and it appeared to be at the discretion of the station manager, who, I believe, exhibited favoritism towards passengers with references. When I requested assistance from him, he informed me that he was unable to rectify the situation, citing that the seat originally allocated to my mother was deemed non-serviceable. This entire incident not only demonstrated a lack of professionalism and empathy but also exhibited a complete disregard for the well-being and safety of senior citizens passengers. My mother, *** ****** ** *** *** *** ****** ****** was subjected to immense distress and discomfort, significantly undermining her confidence in the airline's services. ********** ****** *******
