CCR Roofing Services, LLC used my commercial building roof top as a point of entry to another building roof. They did not request this access, then lied to the police about knowing who owned the property. This irresponsible act was compounded because they did not walk the shortest path (35') across my roof they walk approx. 100' diagonally across my roof. A week ago their representative walked diagonally. We know this because my wife was working at her desk when she heard someone walk across the roof over her head. She did go outside & tell him that was our roof. He did not request future access and did not say he was coming back. Then yesterday their 2 man crew carried material & tools across the roof.I have the Police report number The ladder was against the south side of our building about 10' from the back. Building size, 35'x120' ************ does not have a license to do business in the *****************. I have confirmed this with the City's License Collector Office.Professional ********************** companies know to NOT walk on a roof unless you have permission from the owner. When this company's representative was told the week before that he was walking on a roof that he should not have been, that is it. The company should have made arrangements. Now they will try to tell you there were power lines on the back on the building. They could have used the front of the building sidewalk for access, but that would have required a permit to block the sidewalk & because they do not have a license to operate in the City they decided to potentially damage my property.All of this could have been avoided, but this company chose to take the path of least resistance, following this path of least resistance is what makes a river or man crooked.I do not know how much damage has been done to my property. They used my roof as a walking path to move material & crew when they could have just accessed the space needed from the front of the property they were working on.
