We received keys to the property on November 1st 2021. Its a duplex with a shared driveway. Since Monday we have had issues with the neighbor parking at the top of the driveway prohibiting us from moving our belongings into our new residence. Monday I knocked on the neighbors door asking them to move their car a gentleman came and did so. But once we were at the back of the property he returned to the entrance of the driveway. We had to knock again in order to leave. The same exact pattern for Tuesday as well. So on Tuesday we contacted the property manager (****) with no response or communication returned. Wednesday again the neighbor was blocking the entrance to the property. This time we came with a big moving truck. Again I knocked but no one answered the door. So I couldn't unload my truck and had to take all the items back to my old residence. I sent another message to Premiere property with pictures asking them to resolve this issue. Again no reply or response. Today 11/5 I called the main office and **** finally returned my call. **** was very annoyed with my complaints and began getting hostile. **** said it was our responsibility to communicate with the neighbors about parking arguments, he tried to contact the neighbor with no luck so now I have to handle itthen he hung up on me. Leaving me with no resolution to the problem. The driveway is shared with ample parking in the rear. That's basically managing the property for them! At this point its a nightmare and I would like to cut ties with premiere properties. I would like to have our money returned and end the lease agreement. How can I be expected to live in such an environment ? I can't even move into the property. Since we technically didn't move in we would like our 1700 dollars back. Or just the 1395 we paid for first month rent
