I purchased with my wife a new 2021 ram 1500 launch edition it is a very expensive truck,the sales rep and finance man said we could upgrade and customize the truck cause they heard me say I didn’t like wheels an she said change them then they told us warranty would be just fine if we was to customize an upgrade the truck so NO WORRIES they both said we had wheels put on an a calibration done for speed to be rite then was in heavy traffic an the truck started to overheat so we pulled over an had it towed back to dealer they said it was warranted and it was a cracked piston an then called two days later an said it wasn’t covered cause of it being upgraded even though the reps said it would be fine then tried charging me 1800.00 to put my motor back in they broke my entire front drive lines an cvc shaft an used bailing wire to hold it in place an black caulk on the boot now i have all the pictures of there mess up an rigged up stuff an all this time I been without my truck. I was misled along with my wife from the start with buying the truck If they wouldn’t of told us customizations and upgrades would be just fine we wouldn’t of purchased the truck from the start This truck is a rare truck and I need something done to make all this rite Me nor my wife are happy at all PettiJohn in Bethany MO was very misleading about there sale
