      If only I could review this business negative stars. I’d shop ANYWHERE else if you are looking to purchase a vehicle. And don’t even get me started on their service department. The only day we were happy with McCarthy is when we naively drove our car off the lot, since then it has been one issue after another. Our first title was lost, we filed for a new title. It came in 3 months later. I went to pick it up and was told the girl from title department “just had it on her desk, and misplaced it.” (????) the TITLE department, saw my title, and LOST it. It’s now been 3 months since they filed for a new replacement title. The ONLY updates I get is if I call, sit on hold, and ask and get told “we will call you back when we know something” only to NEVER receive a call back. I’ve been pulled over multiple times with my children with me because my 8 months expired temp tag. I was finally offered a loaner car, (after being told for MONTHS there was nothing they could do. We just had to wait). I pick up the loaner car only to get it on the highway and have a very loud noise like the wheel is going to fall off. I drove it back to them immediately. I am told my title should be in on 9/27. And if it is not, I will be getting a lawyer. DONT SHOP AT MCARTHY!

      I wish there was a such thing as negative stars ! I purchased a truck from them. It was in their certified shop three times and they’re so-called certified mechanics. Chose to ignore leaking engine oil pan, leaking trans cooler, lines, and front brakes that need to be completely replaced. This was all found in the same safety maintenance inspection from a sister dealership. I was told these are not safety related concerns so they would not report them to me. I find it very odd that during my oil change they didn’t even try to let me know that it’s got a massive oil leak to try to fix it then shady said nothing. I have contacted the supervisor and he states it’s a budget vehicle it’s sold as is. I believe they purposely withheld information that these items needed fixed and sold me a faulty truck on purpose.

      I would suggest that you utilize another location if you are looking for fair, responsive, and respectful treatment. The service was great until I decided not to move forward with the deal. ************************* on the Chevrolet side yelled at me and accused me of wasting his time. He was being paid for his time. He didn't work for free. He disrespected me and used threatening language in front of the entire ******* staff who was present at the time. No one stepped in to stop him. He wanted to take credit for utilizing incentives I have earned as a Veteran. I also reached out to several members of management to complain. No one has reached out or even responded with an apology. I emailed **** McCarthy, *****, as well as *** All of these men are in management positions. They will take advantage of you and degrade you when it doesn't work. VETERANS, WOMEN, EDUCATED INDIVIDUALS BE AWARE. No need to be stressed when you are spending your hard earned money on a product that's available in multiples. Disgusted!! Take your business elsewhere. Avoid the extra $1500 ************** that is mandated despite it being their choice and not yours. They were forcing me to purchase the car with a Chevrolet Assurance package that included 2 oil changes and other items that you can buy on Amazon for 10% of the price. RUN FAR AND FIND A PROFESSIONAL PLACE TO PURCHASE YOUR NEXT car

      Inconsiderate of your time and no apologies for it. Had an oil change appointment and still did not get an ETA over an hour and half waiting. Only giving it two stars due to being able to schedule online. I would think being a dealership as well youd want to respect your customers time.
