      I took my Toyota Matrix in. They did a diagnostic test and told me that I needed a fuel filter pump for 600 and some dollars. They also said there were other codes that showed up, but was trying to figure out what the codes were. Service person said they would have to charge me another diagnostic fee to find out what the codes were. I said that does not make sense. They kept my car for 4 days. I picked my car up on a Saturday and it broke down the next day. I was told when I picked the car up to drive the car for 1000 miles and if the engine light come on to bring the car back. I would not buy anything else from Legends Toyota or take my car to get serviced. The community needs to know that Legends Toyota is crooked.

      Linda, this is sure disappointing. We are sincerely just trying to keep you from spending unnecessary money. You have a 20 year old car with 200,000 miles on it and it burned through all of your oil in the last 3,000 miles. We are advising you NOT to spend money trying to figure out your check engine light is, when we can recognize that you are likely going to need a motor at the end of the day anyway. If you would like for us to keep chasing your problem, we’d be happy to, but it’s likely not a good spend of your time. Let us know if you’d like us to continue trying to figure out your check engine light and we’d be happy to do that for you.

      I bought a 2022 Toyota Sienna from this dealership and paid $1500 extra for the TV monitor (Representative Dylan). I clearly mentioned I want as it is like company inbuilt but he installed local $150 cheap stuff which is not working apparently. 2nd: Whenever there is a Sunlight on car windshield. It's mirroring my dashboard on the windshield. Which causing me blurry vision and I was about to get accident.

      Don't use the service center here.I had to leave my Toyota Tundra for several days to have my alternator replaced. Firstly, they are charging entirely too much for their service, billing at a rate of $175 per hour, and then charging >5 hours for something that should have only taken 1 hour; costing over $1400 for something that shouldn't have cost more than $600. But that is not the worst part.While my vehicle was in their possession and under their control, my vehicle was broken into (with no signs of forced entry, maybe an inside job) and many things that were in the cab of the truck were stolen. The service department manager claims they are not liable for the loss incurred in the incident. He claims they are not responsible for any of the customers vehicles that are being serviced on the property; that the customer is supposed to be liable, even for vehicles that must remain overnight on their property. They have no video surveillance of their parking lot and apparently cancelled their security contract with the company that once monitored their property. Basically, they do not provide any protection for the property that customers are entrusting to them while a vehicle is in their shop. This place has millions of dollars worth of customer's property sitting in their parking lot at any given time, yet they don't maintain any means to protect that property. This is total negligence on behalf of this company.Do not trust this company with your vehicle. Not only are their service costs highway robbery, you are also likely to have your things in your vehicle also robbed, and they will treat you like it was your fault.

      We appreciate your perspective. Labor rates are definitely a rising cost around the industry right now and something we monitor constantly. We are actually the lowest total cost of labor of any Toyota store in our market. As far as the theft is concerned. That is something that would be handled by your insurance company. With no way of documenting what was in your vehicle, there just isn't a way that we can be liable for the belongings. Best of luck. -Duce Lett (General Manager)

      Bought a 2022 Tacoma April 5th , they damaged the bumper cover , after 3 failed attempts to fix it they refuse to trade us out of the truck . Had the truck 14 days of the first 30 we owned paint don't match they refuse to do it right , sold us a damaged truck to start with . They placed so much stress on our son who worked for dealership that he quit. They are great bunch of a*******

      Sure sorry you feel this way. We certainly tried to make this better for you by fixing it three separate timeseven using the body shop you preferred. Sorry that those repairs were not satisfactory for you. The offer to purchase your vehicle back from you for the full asking price is still in effect if youd like to do that.

      I took our 2008 Prius in for service and was offered a multi point inspection and I also requested tire work and wheel bearing work.After completion of the work I found the coolant level low, but also realized I forgot to show the 15%off coupon. I called just two hours later and was told that they COULD NOT change a closed ticket.For as long as I have been in retail and service, I have seen businesses treat their customers with respect and contempt. This situation felt like the latter.I dont believe Ill ever be returning to Legends Toyota in future, and Caveat Emptor,(buyer beware) you may not want to give them your business either.
