I ordered a sapphire tag and beaded stretch bracelet. I received a black tag and the bracelet was multiple colors but no sapphire. I contacted them via email and they responded with basically that sapphire could be dark and I could get 50 % off of another style. Very poor customer service.

It appears we may have a miscommunication here. Ms. F******* reached out to our Customer Care team as she was not pleased with the color of her medical ID bracelet and ID tag. When offered a solution, Ms. F******* expressed that she did not care for that option. In response, our Customer Care Team Member offered her a free replacement of her custom-engraved medical ID tag, which shipped out within 36 hours.
Additionally, all of our interchangeable medical ID bracelet strands are eligible for exchange in new, unworn condition for 30 days. Ms. F******* is quite welcome to exchange her bracelet for one she prefers. We would be very happy to help with any questions she may have about that process.
Ms. F******* is also very welcome to connect with me personally, should she so desire, and I will be glad to assist her.

I received the replacement tag today free of charge. This was not an issue of not liking the color it was an issue of getting black instead of sapphire. The first response from customer service was as stated, 50 percent off a different tag. I felt this was not the action for a company to take on any purchase. The issue has been settled. Beware of the leather Avery Bracelet with plate. The plate is fine but the bracelet is poor quality, cheap materials, thin flimsy leather, not sturdy. This was a not a trinket I was buying, it's a Medical ID. The bracelet needs to be sturdy. The bracelet alone was $49, plus ID tag fee, plus engraving fee, plus shipping. The company wants to charge additional shipping to send it back and a third shipping fee for the exchange. All these fees add up to a very expensive bracelet from maybe $3-5 of material. The tag and bracelet do not separate, so I'll be without the ID tag by sending it back. They were given two opportunities to make this right. My complaint about the shipping fee to send it back was ignored. $49 for nothing. I'm not sure I can trust them now with another purchase. This is my life we're talking about. The paramedics and a hospital stay over a medical condition prompted me to get a medical ID tag. I went on Amazon and ordered another bracelet for $20 from someone else, free shipping, to go with my tag so I know the bracelet can speak for me if I can't. Diabetes and Asthma are no joke. If you must use this company, don't order the leather bracelet. Go to Hobby Lobby and buy a better quality leather bracelet with clasps for $8.99 or make it yourself. If you only get the tag, you'll be okay.Review from Diane C

My med ID tags needed an upgrade and, as always, Lauren's Hope made them beautiful. I can always trust Lauren's Hope to get my tags to me quickly and exactly as ordered. Thanks to all those who work carefully on my med IDs to help keep me safe.Review from Michelle S

The engraving is so light that you can hardly read it. I called to see if I could send it back for deeper engraving that would be readable. They said no but then proceeded to try to upsell me to another bracelet option that does have deeper, readable engraving. I told them no thank you, I will gladly take my business elsewhere. Why would they even sell medical bracelets that are hard to read? The medical bracelet I got from them will not save my life if it is hard to read, therefore it is going in the trash. Very disappointing company with a useless product.
