If I could give this company negative stars I would! This company is a joke! They pick up the trash maybe once a month anymore. When you call them you get several different stories. Staffing shortages, the weather etc. They either tell you they don't know when they can get a truck into your area or lie to you and tell you a truck is scheduled for that day but they never show up. They also say they will credit your account for missed pickups but never do. Extremely frustrating. Right now we have two weeks of trash sitting at the curb!Review from R C S

If I could I would not give them any stars. Heartland was bought out by Republic and ever since then it has been an ongoing nightmare. I paid our **** through the payment system which they said we could continue to use but then got a **** that said we had a past due plus a current amount. After contacting them on this issue they said oh it was in our old billing system I'll get it to accounting and get it corrected along with our credit for nonpickup that has occurred for 6 weeks. Nothing has been fixed. Calls, voice-mail, and emails along with messages on ******** go unheard. The whole town of Holden is having this issue with this company. They need to be investigated its a health and safety issue that is a huge concern. I would stay clear of this company!!!Review from Cynthia M

Republic services bought out Heartland Waste services and ever since then, our trash has not been picked up. We have at least 3 weeks of trash sitting in our driveway and it is embarrassing. When called, they give us a scheduled date to pick and noone ever shows up. Our entire street is littered with trash. This is unacceptable.Review from Brittney G

Refusal of trash pick up (9 weeks to be exact). Will not pick up the phone or return phone calls, respond to voicemails, or emails, but will continue to collect money for their service. We have tried canceling, but they wont remove their dumpster from our property. Completely at all loss and want the issue resolved.
