    In June we contacted ****** with Jani King to have an empty restaurant cleaned for an upcoming event. We signed a contract with an agreement of 50% down payment. We were told the team would arrive on Saturday morning to complete job. When the team arrived around 4pm, I met them at the location and discussed personally what needed to be cleaned per the contract. The gentlemen both stated they had not seen the contract. They stated they were going to be there long after the pro shop closed and we gave them an exit they could lock when they left. On Monday when we inspected the kitchen and dining room, it was obvious that they had not gotten everything finished and thought they would be returning. We submitted photos immediately to ****** and asked if he would be able to come in and look at the finished product himself. I believe the breakdown in communication started with ****** as he then stopped responding to my emails. Since July, an email has been sent to the person who referred us to Jani King demanding payment and not to me. Only today have they responded after threatening to contact the BBB. I have threatening emails requesting I send my complaint to the accounting director and not to BBB. Uploaded contract and copy of photos. Please let me know if you need email chain of all the correspondence trying to rectify this situation.
