Very pleased with the quick turnaround and solution to my AC issue this week. I called and was surprised to hear that they would have someone out that day. Jake was here within an hour and gave me options for repairs and replacement. We opted for repairs and we were cooling down that afternoon. We will definitely be calling them first when it's time to replace our system. Thanks again and we will recommend you to everyone!

A few days ago, my AC went out at my house with my 2 month old baby who could not get comfortable because of the heat and humidity. I was so stressed out trying to find a company to help me out. Several other companies were trying to quote me thousands of dollars. I wanted another opinion from the guys at Patriot because I had heard so many good things about them from friends and coworkers. I called and they had Frank out same day and he was able to fix the problem within an hour. Now my baby can sleep soundly without feeling like the entire house is a sauna. Thank you so much to Patriot and their team!

We were very satisfied with the service we received several bids and patriot was very competitive. Jake took the time and explained everything to us. We choose Patriot not because of price but because of explanation of products and what would be best for us. Mike and Justin did a great job with install and kept me updated throughout the process. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. Seven years ago, Patriot installed an AC unit for me. I had used their services and seasonal maintenance since then and was very pleased - until last week during seasonal maintenance service. Following the service the AC began blowing HOT air. Another tech came out that afternoon and determined the previous tech left a loose wire touching the heating element causing the unit to run the FURNACE in the cooling mode. That issue was addressed, but then the fan ran continually, and the AC did not shut off at temp set point - continuing to cool. Another tech was out, replaced the thermostat - issue continued. On the fourth visit, the owner, Jake, came out. He confirmed the first tech had made a 'rookie' mistake, but the circuit board would need to be replaced. $$$$ - I suggested we split the cost. After all it was the 'rookie' mistake that created the problem. Jake declined. I fired him and called another service. They were out the same day. Today, my HVAC equipment is humming along nicely. No new circuit board, but the new tech did rewire a few things - my two-stage equipment had been wired as one-stage, etc. I feel Patriot tried to take advantage of me. There is NO way I would recommend this company.

Correct you didn't quote a price for the circuit board, but with all the details you were explaining about updates, older model, etc. I could tell it was going to be expensive. The point is - Patriot - the equipment didn't need any of the options you presented because it is running fine today without a new circuit board. It just needed to be wired correctly. The point I'm trying to make is I feel as if you were trying to take advantage of me by selling me items that weren't necessary to 'fix' the system. Thank you for wishing me well - I just wish you had treated me well. Oh, regarding standards, my standards and expectation of service from Patriot didn't change...Patriots standards changed. Sad.

Recently installed new AC which went well. Hopefully begins a new relationship with a company that can knowledgeably and conscientiously take care of my system for years to come. It will be nice to not having to second guess or doubt the service or recommendations I received from other hvac companies.

Outstanding technical knowledge and service. Jake was able to address all of my questions and provided suggestions with sound reasoning. We replaced our Heat Pump outside unit and the inside blower unit and have been very happy with the results. Upgraded to a side discharge high-efficiency outside unit which is much quieter than our old unit -- just like Jake said it would be! The team at Patriot Heating have been kind and responsive; looking forward to working with them again the future.

Jake from Patriot arrived at my home quickly, inspected my current system, addressed my concerns, and presented a solid quote. I asked three other vendors to do the same, and Patriot’s service and quote were the best. The installation day was as expected. The final cost was exactly as expected. Highly recommend! Patriot heating and AC did a fantastic job. They are quick to reevaluate the situation to find the cause. They were able to come out the next day and replace my entire system. They are efficient, Clean and very polite. I would recommend them to any family member and friend. They have also done my father-in-law's AC and heating unit as well as my brother-in-law's. They were both satisfied as well.
