I agree the review below is exactly how I was treated by Tripp as well. Pathological lier is what I would say as well. They will ruin your life if u do business with them. DO NOT do business with this company!

No one can afford to believe a single word out of **** Tripps mouth. He started our pool construction in December of 2020 with his first promise, youll be done by Memorial DayCertainly understand Tripp cant be responsible for delays in construction materials like the liner..**** Tripp subbed out all the concrete work on my pool and failed to pay the concrete sub contractor for the work that he started in December. This failure to pay was in the amount of $30k that was nothing short of 4 months past due. I had to pay Tripp Construction in advance of my contract draws, because Tripp couldnt afford to pay their sub contractor. **** begged me for money just so he could pay off his sub contractor. The same sub contractor will never again work for Tripp Construction.**** told me multiple times that the liner would only take **** days but 4 months later, we still had no liner and **** couldnt even prove that he had ever ordered it! By June 31st, he realized that I was fully prepared to *** him in small claims court, he then begged me to let him finish the job. I reluctantly, and against my wifes better judgement, agreed to allow him to finish so he temporarily put a cheap **** tarp in the pool and stole lumber out of my pool house just to hang the tarp. He took the Lumber without even asking if I had a use for it. He broke up several hundred dollars worth of my lumber material just to hang a temporary ugly liner. I was at least grateful that I had water in my pool over the 4th of July despite the embarrassment with 32 family members and friends questioning why. **** continued to lie about the arrival date of the liner. He lied to us 5 more times about the liner by and I have text messages to prove that he did. When it finally arrived on July 8th, **** Tripp promised it would be a simple quick swap out. Once again he lied! He dumped the tarp in my yard, along with the Lumber he stole from me and installed the liner without tucking even 95% of the liner into the coping. Today is July 20th. He has now filled and lowered my pool multiple times at my water expense. He installed the liner on top of rock pebbles compromising the liner. He claimed that water got behind the liner but he had no problem going on vacation allowing rain water to get behind the liner without finishing my pool 1st. He also baited and switched me on my pool deck coatings but I was wise enough to hold off on Issuing any payment for that product. He was dumb enough or thought I was dumb enough to so he left the paint can in the pool. Beware, Tripp Construction because he will substitute concrete paint for a patented Kool Deck product that he represented in my original contract. He is not trustworthy and he has taken advantage of my family.Tripp Construction, specifically **** Tripp has lied to me more times than any other human being has lied to me in my 49 years walking this earth. He is an absolute Pathological Lier and he has financially hurt my family. As Ive talked to other Tripp clients, I now realize why he offered up zero customer testimonials to me and refused to meet me at jobs where he had done similar work. Everyone he sells to, he lies to!
