I have been dealing with Animated Lighting since 2008. They have provided me with quality products and service throughout that time. I recently purchased singing reindeer from AL. They arrived in a timely manner. There was a slight problem with the programming and I had to contact Paul at AL. In an effort to fix my problem Paul called me numerous times with questions about how I wanted my SD Card programmed, even allowing me to call him on his cell phone. As time was getting short until the opening of my show, Paul even sent the SD Card to me UPS Overnight.

Been a costomer of Animated Lighting for a long time. However something has changed with the company the last few years. We did an upgrade to our light show by purchasing 2 singing faces along with 2 new complete shows cards late summer of 2022. Spending over $1000. They did arrive on time. We were very excited. After setting up our Halloween display we notice that the sequencing was off. We had decided just to go with what we had for Halloween. I did however send an email explaining that something was wrong. We would address this issue after the Christmas season was over. Figuring they would be to busy to address our problem at that time. To my surprise I received and email back on Thanksgiving Day from ****. He wanted to speak to ** on the phone to see if he could help. Well during that conversation. It was discovered that our new show cards were not programmed correctly. They had not programmed the new cards to include our mega tree and leaping arches. At that time told me that they would remake the show cards and get them out the following week. Never did receive them. I Began sending emails trying to find out what went wrong. My last reply from **** was in January2023 Stating that he would look into it and get back with me later that day. As of today's date and several other emails. No one has responded. Here we are today with $1000 singing faces and show cards that will not work with our previous props. Very unhappy with this business who's business is Christmas

Ordered in July. Nothing since. Havent answered 4 phone calls and 4 messages. Absolutely most frustrating experience. Terrible service.

I placed an order in July along with a 50% deposit. When the order was due (September) to be sent I was told due to the supply shortage it would be delayed. I gave **** the benefit of doubt and waited. Starting in October **** stopped taking my phone calls and responding to my emails. I was able to get him on the phone twice between October and now only to be told he would call me back to get the items shipped as he claimed they were ready to go. **** never called back and when I called it would ring twice before going to voicemail. I tried calling ****** number direct as well as the business number, I emailed two different accounts for **** as well as sent texts. **** was very responsive until he received my deposit. Very unfortunate!
