Up until recently I have never had any problems with Taylors All Cars at all. But since they hired this new guy I have been ripped off completely. I took the truck in for an oil change when *** found a great big s**** in one of the tires and I had to pay for a tire repair. It was about a week after that that I started thinking about the size of that s**** and realized if a s**** that big it would have destroyed my tire. Then the thermostat started sticking so I talked with *** about it and asked that he would replace the ************** paid for that. Upon bringing my truck home I had no heat at all but before I did have heat but it wasnt always heating. So I called and talk to the new kid and complained and *** said to bring it back that he would take care of, it no problem. So I go to pick the truck up to find they flushed the heater core without consulting me and charged me for that. Now it heats before I even have the thermostat turned up to where the heat should kick in and it shouldnt do that and Im not taking it back. Then I noticed that the front left tire wasnt holding air like it normally does and a friend of mine noticed yesterday all the scrapes that are along the tire and the rim and that the bumper was scraped. So I took some pictures that Im including here for you to see because I did not drive up against something to damage the tire intentionally and damage the bumper because I take very good care of my vehicles.So I will no longer recommend Taylors All Cars to take your car in to be serviced. My recommendation is to avoid this place like the plague. What I thought was an honest business is now turned into a very dishonest business and theyre just into ripping off women. And I hope people who read this will stay away from him and said that he will learn his ****** because I really didnt think that he was a thief but he is
