      DONT BUY A CAR HERE! DONT TRUST THEM! I JUST SPENT 18K ON A CAR, AND WITH IN 24 HOURS IT WAS LEAKING ALL OVER MY DRIVEWAY. TURNS OUT THE TURBO CHARGER WAS LEAKING AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. WHICH WOULD COST ME ANOTHER 3K. THEY REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY OR HELP IN GETTING IT FIXED! TITLE WAS ALSO LEFT ON MY FRONT PORCH! ANYONE COULD OF TAKEN IT!!!! Understand I work hard for my money, and my elderly mother even helped on this purchase as a birthday gift! WE PAYED IN FULL! Buying a car should of been an exciting and happy experience and this had turned into the worst Finacial loss of my life! IAM NOW STUCK WITH A CAR I DO NOT WANT! AND WONDERING WHAT OTHER ISSUES IAM ABOUT TO HAVE WITH IT! YOU WOULD THINK A MAJOR DEALERSHIP WOULD HONOR THE FACT THEY MESSED UP, AND IT HAD ONLY BEEN 8 HOURS IN BEFORE THINGS WENT BAD! THE CAR TITLE WAS ALSO DELIVERED TO OUR HOUSE AND LEFT ON THE FRONT STEPS WHERE ANYONE COULD HAVE STOLEN IT! SERIOUSLY??? CAR SOLD BY Guy Morala! STORE MANAGER SHAWN, REFUSED TO CONNECT US WITH THE OWNER! THEN WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO MAKE SURE WE FELT STUPID FOR SIGNING THERE CONTRACT! DISRESPECTING ME AND MY MOTHER IN PUBLIC WITH NO EMPATHEY TOWARDS THE MATTER! WANT TO MAKE THIS RIGHT? GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK AND THE COST WE HAD TO SPEND TO FIX THE CAR! SIMPLE AS THAT!!!!!!

      Nate, We provided all of the extended warranty options at the time of purchase. You chose to go with the least expensive one. Unfortunately it didn't cover the turbo. We did offer along with your buying agent to pay for $2500.00 of the repair you declined this offer. Has that changed?

      AGAIN WHY DO YOU CONTIUNE TO LIE?? YOUR STORE MANAGER SHAWN DENIED THE SUPPORT WHEN I CAME THERE IN PERSON WITH MY MOM, WHO WAS ALSO AN EYE WITNESS! A YOUNG BLOND GIRL WAS ALSO WATCHING WHO WORKS THERE AND IAM SURE I COULD POINT HER OUT AND IAM SURE ITS ALL ON VIDEO! I NEVER DECLINED ANYTHING!!! MAKE THIS RIGHT AND STOP POSTING LIES! I HAVE ALL THE PROOF I NEED!

      I wish I could give Van Chevrolet KC zero stars. My daughter recently purchased her FIRST car from Van Chevy. She bought a 2017 Kia Soul + from them with 139,262 miles for $8,500, only to have the engine blow after just 2,000 miles (car now sits in the driveway with 141,266 miles.) We immediately reached out to them, hoping they would stand by their sale and help us resolve the issue. Unfortunately, they refused to offer any assistance, leaving us with a costly repair on a car that barely lasted a few weeks. The entire experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their lack of accountability and refusal to help a customer in need is appalling. We’ve even gone as far as sending a letter to the Attorney General’s office, hoping to find some resolution. If you're considering buying a car from Van Chevrolet KC, I urge you to think twice. Their after-sale support is nonexistent, and they clearly don't care about their customers once they’ve made the sale. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

      Joshua, Your vehicle has a 3 month 3,000 mile powertrain warranty. It needs to go to a Kia Dealership to be diagnosed and extended company reached out to. The extended warranty will go off of the findings at the Kia dealership to determine if covered. The reason we suggest or suggested you take to a Kia dealership is because they will have the specialized tools and parts available to them. My number is ************ if you have further questions.

      We purchased a vehicle from Van Chevrolet Cadillac in Kansas City MO in early January 2024. We paid cash. The salesman and the finance person did not reveal to us that this vehicle had a lien on it so there was no clean title to it. We got this information from our local license office. They informed us that the dealership had 30 days to get the title to us to comply with MO law. We called the dealership to inquire about this and were told they knew about the law. We got an apology but no title. After several ignored phone calls we finally got the call telling us that they did get the title resolved with Toyota. This dealership should not be doing business this way. Advertising and selling vehicles that do not have titles is fraud. We do not recommend this business.
