I would suggest that you utilize another location if you are looking for fair, responsive, and respectful treatment. The service was great until I decided not to move forward with the deal. ************************* on the Chevrolet side yelled at me and accused me of wasting his time. He was being paid for his time. He didn't work for free. He disrespected me and used threatening language in front of the entire ******* staff who was present at the time. No one stepped in to stop him. He wanted to take credit for utilizing incentives I have earned as a Veteran. I also reached out to several members of management to complain. No one has reached out or even responded with an apology. I emailed **** McCarthy, *****, as well as *** All of these men are in management positions. They will take advantage of you and degrade you when it doesn't work. VETERANS, WOMEN, EDUCATED INDIVIDUALS BE AWARE. No need to be stressed when you are spending your hard earned money on a product that's available in multiples. Disgusted!! Take your business elsewhere. Avoid the extra $1500 ************** that is mandated despite it being their choice and not yours. They were forcing me to purchase the car with a Chevrolet Assurance package that included 2 oil changes and other items that you can buy on Amazon for 10% of the price. RUN FAR AND FIND A PROFESSIONAL PLACE TO PURCHASE YOUR NEXT car

Inconsiderate of your time and no apologies for it. Had an oil change appointment and still did not get an ETA over an hour and half waiting. Only giving it two stars due to being able to schedule online. I would think being a dealership as well youd want to respect your customers time.

Horrible they obviously dont check used cars bought used car for 2 years drive around with wrong rotor it was small eventually brake pad fell off.They tried to say that I got them change like no only had it two years n dont drive it much.I told them to look up their service records to see if they changed or check them they couldnt prove they check rotors or brakes so they had to pay for my full repair 1,200.They are cons half the people I left them a angry message because I lost brakes while driving in the highway with my daughter luckily I was able to pull over with only 5 honks and two middle ********** today I went year plus later and apparently they still know me as that so no one wants to deal with me they always feel like they dont want me there their main manager even brought up my call like hold up is that what yall do talk about their customers they thought it was funny until I got mad then they tried to refuse services hate that place.
