      I think that Blue Springs Ford should be unable to sell cars. Their customer service is terrible and the safety of their customers is lacking in several ways.

      I will start by saying I have bought 5 vehicles from this Ford dealership. and my last 7 vehicles have been Fords. I Was told I talked to the Owner/GM of Blue Springs Ford himself Personaly. I had asked how the problem with my wifes vehical happened? He got the information and told me that the part failed. When I asked should that not have been covered he went quiet. Cause the service department said it was not and we had to use our insurance to fix our vehicle. I had almost let it go, When I came in to have oil change service done and asked them to check the tire casue it was going low. and to give me a price on tires. Just in case. in less than 15 minutes the service advisor came to the waiting area and told me the tire was not repairable. When they were done I asked where they moved the tire, he told me the left rear. There was no marks on the tire where the problem was etc. So I took it to a shop found out that there was nothing in any tire. but the tires were already down to 4/32nds and only had 20,000 ish miles on it. I took pictures and sent them to the Sales Agent casue he is my customer service connection. The Owner/GM did not care that there was a problem even as this was told to him. Eventhough I had purchased 5 vehicles and sent several people there as a loyal customer. I have worked in parts and service for over 30 years and am discussed with how we were treated by the GM/Owner, the service department and the body shop in blue springs. The Sales Man That we have purchased most of my vehicles from, the New car manager and Finance Manager did a fantastic job. As I no longer trust this dealership. The GM/Owner and Service do not have your best interest at heart once you have purchased a vehicle from them. They were dishonest/ In competent to me and to my wife about several things and did not properly service my wifes vehicle. If you perfer Ford, I would choose another dealership. They List the 10 year /100,000 mile warranty but do not cover anything

      Look elsewhere. Sold me a known lemon refused to take any responsibility for it. Transmission failed in less than 30 days. It is a known issue for this car but did not find out until now. Comes to find out that this car is actually been buy back before so they already knew it was a lemon and still sold it anyhow.You would think that a when you buy a car from an actual big name dealership that you should actually get something that's good and don't have to worry about something breaking in the first 30 days but apparently not.The dealer ship should make good and just buy back this POS from me but that does not seem to be an option and now I am stuck with a lemon and out a lot of money. Steer clear of this shady dealership!

      18 minutes agoNEW I purchased a pre-owned vehicle through Blue Springs **** and the vehicle does have issues that were not disclosed at the point of sale, and it feels like I'm getting the run around. Just extremely disappointed with the entire transaction, and I'll continue chronicle my experience as the dealership tries to correct the mistake. I waited to purchase the vehicle from a reputable **** dealership, not just any lot. Hoped for a well sorted vehicle but I got a flashing check engine light on my ride home. Maybe Carvana or CarMax are a better choice when buying used, both provided higher trade in values. Blue Springs ****'s initial trade in offer was $3300 and $2900 lower than CarMax and Carvana. All Blue Springs **** has done is over promise and under deliver. CHANGE MY MIND!
