    My husband called in the fall to get on their list for a liner replacement for this spring. Sometime the middle of March, my husband called since we hadnt heard from them. Immediately, someone came out to look at our pool. We received a quote on April 1st and were told that liners were about a week out after ordering. We were fine with the quote and were told that someone would come measure the pool in the next week and to drain it so its ready. Awesome! But that week came and went. No call, no show. My husband called the following week to see why no one came. He said they would be here that next Friday or Monday. No call, no show. My husband contacted him again and basically asked if we were being blown off. He said that they would be here soon. I have also called the main office requesting an update. People have taken my name and number but wont call back. All the excuses are blurring together at this point, so I cant remember what we were told when the guy was on vacation, it rained, they were busy, they are short help, etc but we have called/texted numerous times with no phone calls returned. I understand that the times are tough for many businesses right now, but that is no excuse for poor communication and just not showing up when you tell your customer you will be there on a certain day. Finally today (May 19th), my husband called again to talk to the owner and see what is going on. This is over a month and a half from our quote and being told they would be here to measure. Long story short, the owner said that they are too busy and just cant get to us. For a month and a half we have been thinking they would be getting us our pool liner. We have called many other businesses, who are all booked already, so now we are unable to get a pool liner for summer. Our pool liner is completely unusable at this point due to hail damage after draining it to prepare it for measurement they never came to do. My husband was hung up on by the owner today.

    Upon arrival at the residence the liner was found to be bleached out and brittle. In our professional opinion, the liner is past due for replacement. The customer failed to mention in their review that their pool lost water over the winter and as such there was no water in the shallow end of their pool. Even if they hadn't drained the pool completely it still wouldn't be a usable pool for this season.

    We would have never quoted a liner as being a week out. Even under normal circumstances, liners take a minimum of 4-6 weeks as each order is custom. 

    The customer is also 88 miles away from us and while we are short of help the weather this spring has not been favorable for most outdoor work; with cooler temps and rainy weather we are running behind. We just cannot easily accommodate customers that far away right now.

    They were originally told that before any measuring or ordering we would need 50% down. While they were given and accepted the quote they did not sign the quote, nor did we receive any payment from them. This has always been our policy for any custom order that we need to receive half down before placing the order.
